The worst website to use paid for ads to go up then blocked and account cancelled without any reason apart from you are using a different card from the person using the account although this is purely an assumption and after trying to tell them I can prove it’s me and give them what they would need they continued to just say no paid £122 for an ad and no refunds are given a complete scam of a site and would stay away from it

The site decided to block my account after paying 122GBP. I contacted support and decided this decision was final and cannot be refunded because I was using a card that's not mine without requesting any proof that I told them I could send. They have stealed 122GBP.

There's scammers! Same account appears at different locations!
Then they ask for deposits knowing they are going to scam you!
Just be careful ppl no deposits!

Pity that they are not working on weekends,basically they should charge 5 days a week for advertisement because their system isnt working all the time and no one pick up Saturday n sunday
Im regular customers since 8 years but since they have new menager the site is destroyed to that point that im thinking about alternative site
Manager act like he is mentally ill when my ad was blocked and i asked to unblock it he said
,,u are permanently banned from our site!!! Dont try to make new ad ,we will know is u’’ FFS !!!!😂😂😂😂

Once you get an advert on their NEVER try to edit it
because they will block you - I have had a PAID advert on their for over two years, tried to edit it and i got BLOCKED !! Dreadful service - They do not care about the advertisers !!! Be cautious !
UPDATE - 24 HOURS LATER they still have not given me a reason why my advert of over 2 years has been blocked ! ...UPDATE NUMBER 2 = 40 HOURS later becaus i edited my advert of over two years they say
= I'm afraid you are not eligible for a refund as you breached our rules.

If I could put a zero, I would. Just been blocked with no explanation and no way of contacting them. I know exactly which words I want to use to describe them

100% Scam, scammer run their businesses without any obstacles.

Was once my go-to for casual dating, but it's sadly no longer usable. Personals are overrun with spam and fake ads. Escorts are all using fake profiles and photos.

Viva street has no compliance or legitimacy. Don’t trust anyone or anything on it.

There are a few real escorts I personally spoke to and met for a service, but most beware of the fake ones.

After contacting a profile scammers will ask you for initial deposit due to “safety” or “disappointment” or simply to “book” them which would make sense since they are freeing up their time to meet you. The ones I met were happy with cash only, that is how I was 100% certain they were legit. The ones that require online booking are a different story, some of them may even ask for money to prove to you with a video that they are the people on the pictures and their location which doesn’t make sense at all.

The website doesn’t protect you against scams. It isn’t an agency where an escort charges £200-300 per hour and your money is protected. The most you can do is report an ad and hope it will be removed which I did but they never get removed.

I found out the hard way after not willing to pay a deposit but I finally decided to pay to one of them thinking maybe I’m just overthinking it. She sent me an address to a Premiere Inn and when I got there she told me to pay the rest of the service before we meet in person. I declined and after 30min back and forth on the phone where she was trying to convince me that she’s legit by sending me videos of the hallway of the Inn and her room she ended up blowing me off and I lost my deposit money. I even asked her to show her face from the window of her room at least know she’s actually there if she was so concerned with something but she refused. At that point I definitely knew she wasn’t there and it hit me to track her down with an I.T. trick I found on YouTube. Turned out she was in Lagos Nigeria! I asked her about the weather there and she blocked me.

Conclusion - Never pay for bookings unless it’s a legit agency or a website that gives you money back guarantee. Ask and insist for cash only or at least ask for proof of identity and proof of location with video of the city they are in before paying any deposits. Do not accept Live location or Shared location from your app as proof because scammers use Location Spoofers to change their location.

greedy to the bone. constantly deleting your add with no clear reason. fair enough if it is against guidlines but how am i meant to know withiout you saying .

Worst company to ever pay to advertise they are rude and unhelpful take your money and on your account it shows your active to you but they don’t desplay it

They won’t help you with content just say your add has been refused and when you ask them to help you what they are there for they are rude and unprofessional

We pay 140 for full advertisement we get nights with no work you can’t get through past ten yet our i adds can be removed half way through a night shift with no customer service to assist

I asked to speak with a manager as I’m self employed pay tax and if I don’t earn don’t get paid

Why is this website so popular to use all the girls have complained To and have the same problem look up free ads for escorts get more work by putting a few adds up on them there

The terms do not highlight words you can use so why they keep sending us to look at them I have been to school can read and understand perfectly

They take money for nothing every customer who’s money gets taken despite sticking to terms should have money back I’ve not had a single penny of my money back

Worst website ever. Did everything as required. Verified myself with passport and their Yoti verification system. And paid for my advert. Account deactivated because their auto system thought I was MAN posing as a WOMAN because of the way my name is spelt. The female way to spell my name is Charley. The male way is Charlie.
They then wanted me to verify my address 2 days after the complaint with methods unavailable to me. And so, I never got a my account reactivated and I never got a refund. This has got to be the absolute worst website I've been recommend to use but I 100% DO NOT recommend this heap of .... to anybody. Not even if you are desperate. Glorified Craigslist at best! Worst site I've ever engaged with.

Yet another Internet company, taken down by advertising and scams.
If you are looking for love, or adult dating, half the profiles are fake, or adverts. You click on them, they take you to another site!
I would not trust Viva over say, AdultWork. There may be genuine people on there, but I have not found one yet, having tried contacting by phone and txt. Eventually turning to other sites like the aforementioned AW, much more reliable.
It’s a shame, it could have been the new Craigslist, but it’s not.
