Not had restful sleep since sleeping on this mattress, waking up with severe back and shoulder pain.

I suffer with fibromyalgia which means every part of my body hurts and I must say I am very comfortable with this mattress

Brilliant experience from head office sales through to the delivery all very efficiently organised. contacted Sealy to obtain information…

I contacted Sealy to obtain information on their mattress they supply to P&O. Back ground; Having sailed on the cruise line many times and had a good nights sleep I inspected the mattress in October whilst on a cruise, obtaining all the details. As I suffer from back issues I thought I would look into the matter but found that retail suppliers dont stock the Marine Crest. So I contacted Donna, senior sales consultant at the head office of Sealy UK who was extremely helpful. I advised of my dylema and she explained I could purchase one as a guest buying as the outlets did not sell that particular model of mattress. As I did not wish to take a gamble with any other type of mattress, I gave Donna the size of my mattress, a double and my contact details, then paid by bank transfer Following which a date was arranged for the delivery, the chaps were absolutley brilliant on the day, up the stairs and placed on bed. Had a great nights sleep ever since, just like when on a cruise.

My experience was generally good.

My experience was generally good.

The new mattress was delivered on the planned day. The delivery team were efficient and courteous. Our experience with the mattress to date has been good, apart from some initial smells (probably from the materials used in the manufacturing process). All seems well now.

The odour you refer to is fire retardant. It can be unpleasant initially however it should soon dissipate.

5 star service purchasing our 5 star bed!

We recently purchased a hospitality zip-link mattress (complete with divan and headboard) direct from Sealy having slept on one at a luxury hotel. Sealy’s customer service was exemplary. Their advice and guidance was excellent and were always responsive and helpful. I wish I got this level of customer service from every company I dealt with! …And the bed is so unbelievably comfortable!
