Not good for small to medium businesses

Our payment gateway eway partnered with them to help small-medium sized business get PCI compliant.

I am disappointed. Sometimes they do not even bother to reply back. Of course, I will not do business with them but if eWay forces us to pay these guys, I will be looking at find another payment gateway. It's a shame because eWay in itself provides great service.

Used for PCI DSS compliance certificate

I was told by my debit/credit card terminal provider Elavon that I have to use trust wave for my PCI DSS compliance. I have never in my 25 years of business come across a company that is so unprofessional, rude and there office is in Poland so the call centre staff don't have a clue about anything and just keep repeating the same thing again again. I have used security metrics on a number of occasions in the past with them being the recommendation from Barblaycard. I will be sticking with security metrics in the future
