The glass units were not wrapped- protected in any way. One unit was cracked across the unit on one side.
Took 6 weeks to be delivered.
Cannot speak to anyone about this situation- no one answers the phone.
So ordered a new unit from another company. Delivered in 5 days . Wrapped up and protected.
And 1/2, the price.
Not good.

We take all reports of damaged or faulty units seriously. Our glass is transported in purpose-built, racked vehicles and is delivered unwrapped as standard, as stated on our website prior to ordering. All units are finished with black edge tape for protection during handling and installation.

Excellent service, production and delivery of bespoke glazing units.
The ordering process was really effective, enabling bespoke sizes and configurations to be created. Production and delivery were similarly swift and I was kept updated throughout the process. Definitely recommend SealedUnitsOnline. Very impressed.

Panels were as ordered but delivered late
The ordering process was straight forward and clear, their prices competitive and the panels that were delivered were exactly as ordered.
However, I paid for a premium delivery and they arrived late leaving us boarded up for longer then necessary, hence the loss of a star.

Very good communication and excellent support. Sent the measurements. Came exactly as the measurements. Ot did take 5 weeks to arrive but they do state that when you order. Product was perfect quality.

Glass was delivered not wrapped just sheet of glass with address sticker on
Delivery man handed it to my daughter at the door and she realised it was rough on edges and in taking it had cut her hands -both badly
I emailed the company and sent pictures as requested and haven’t had a response
