If I could post with zero stars I would! This scam company who claim they are in the UK when they are clearly chinese do not answer emails when returns are requested. The suits are poor quality and ill fitting. I am out over 130e for swimwear I cannot wear. Disgraceful company

I have had the same experience as others. Wish I would have read trustpilot before ordering. Order took forever to arrive and there was no return/exchange information with the packaging. The item I ordered was too small and I have emailed twice to inquire about how to return it and have not received a response. Do not order from this company, it’s a scam and I can’t believe they’re allowed to advertise on Instagram.

Terrible service! I had to email to request a returns address...they replied after a week...with no return address!
I wondered why so many are selling them on vinted, new with tags - it's because the company make it impossible to return the items. Terrible. Avoid.

If I could score zero I would, do not buy from this company. I bought three items, took 14 days to arrive, I have tried to return, been offered a discount which I refused and now no response to my emails. Do not buy from this company is my advice.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This is a company that advertises aggressively on Instagram etc. and parades as a British company but is in fact located far overseas in Asia. Took over 3 weeks to arrive, via Belgium, with a dodgy dead-end tracking link. Product is cheaply made with awful material I don't want near my skin. There is no return information with the parcel, they make you go through ridiculous hoops to get a refund, and do not reply promptly. This is one of those dodgy online sellers you read about and I regret not having read TrustPilot first. I hope I get my refund.

I ordered a swimsuit, it did arrive in 5 days and I liked it. Unfortunately it was too big, so I contacted via customer service to ask for an exchange. I still haven’t had a response to that email.I also made contact via Instagram and Messenger. A response on Instagram advised that all returns have to go to the US at my expense.I was offered £10 credit and to keep the swimsuit. I replied to say this is unacceptable. There is no indication of this on their information.I would never have ordered if I had known.No further response from SeaFancy. Very poor communication

I have not received my order that was placed on 26.05.23. No acknowledgment or communication from them when I have raised my concerns. Paid for through PayPal, now going to contact them. Very annoyed and would advise anyone not to buy from this company.

Like most others no details sent when requested return details. Raised with PayPal - Seafancy sent them details on how to return items and so refused to uphold my complaint. Waiting for PayPal to share the e mail so I can return items - ordered 2 sizes to check fit both fitted badly doubt I will ever see a refund like many others. PayPal did say they will investigate the company but no help to me or the many others unless they stop them using PayPal.

I also wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. I was happy with the swim suit I wanted to keep but was unable to return the two I didn’t want. Exactly as said, no response, no address for return postage, very angry.

Do not buy ! You can’t return goods or worse get a refund.

If you order hope for the best that it fits! Because you won't hear from them if you want a return.

Worst company I have ever ordered from. Item took weeks to arrive. Quality was ok but it didn’t fit. Contacted them to arrange an exchange and heard nothing. Then emailed several times to request a refund and finally had a response offering 65% and keep the item because of the cost (to me ) of posting it to a dubious address in New York. Agreed to this but I’m still waiting for the money to appear in my account.

Still waiting for refund on returned item (2 months & counting!!). No response to emails after I confirmed I wanted refund.

Ordered 2 items on the 15th May and still waiting for them to arrive. No response from my 2 emails asking for updates, then requesting a refund, no reply on Facebook post either.
Shocking customer service, do not buy from this compant. £70 out of pocket!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Unlike some reviewers, I can't complain about the quality of the swimsuits I ordered but you simply cannot return items unless you are prepared to pay for postage back to the USA. I ordered two swimsuits in different sizes, always intending to send one back. The website implies that the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage, and I was OK with that, until I realised I have to pay for a transatlantic delivery. If you contact Seafancy to enquire about returns - or anything else for that matter - you are unlikely to get a response within 10 days. If you do ask about returning items, the (eventual) reply offers two options: (1) You can keep the item you don't want (you'll get a partial refund), have the exchange item sent to you (there's a shipping fee for this). (2) Keep the item you don't want and you'll get 30% refund.

I would give it zero on your scale if possible. The product sizing is dreadful and after multiple attempts to contact both the .com email and the .co.U.K. E
email no one responds. How are we supposed to return goods and get a refund!

I placed an order for two items, THEN read the reviews and expected the worse. Order arrived in about 10 days. Not a problem. Everything was perfect. The items were exactly as the appear in the photos, quality is fine, they fit ok so no need to attempt to return them. I am perfectly happy with my order, so advise others not to be disheartened.

Worst company I've ever dealt with .nead to return an item and cannot get a reply at all no phone number only email which they do not answer.i wish I'd seen the other reviews on trustpilot before ordering DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered swimsuit for my daughter - stated it has arrived but no tracking information only the city where I live.
Been trying to get hold of someone and seems they do this a lot!
