Seaart is a predatory company, they offer you a "free trial" of three days, they bait you letting you use ComfyUI for free, just to later lock you with 1 hour dailly on their VIP subscription, but if you are a free user that goes as low as 15 minutes, anyone using ComfyUI knows need time to adjust the prompts and fine tune everything. Then when you try to cancel before the trial ends, they stall, insisting you finish the tria, not even warning you that if I don't cancel first day, they will charge you right after the second day, not even waiting for the third day of trial to finish, what is worse is that once they have stolen your money, they refuse to make any kind of refund.
Worse even is that once you start using the service, their incompetence makes it really difficult due to their broken censoring system, many of your SFW creations will be flagged as NSFW then you have to manually send a dispute for them to unflag it some times taking hours.
Definitely don't recommend to pay for the service and stay away from their "free trial". If they respected the free use of ComfyUi I would reconsider my rating.

Update: After fighting with legal threats and bank chargeback, they finally refunded my money. Still do not recommend due to the initial stress

BEWARE! This company uses deceptive practices. I explicitly signed up for a trial of the Beginner Plan (€48.96/year). The checkout page confirmed this price. Instead, they charged my card €214.45 (Standard Plan) without my consent!

Despite sending screenshots proving the discrepancy, their Support uses stall tactics and refuses an immediate refund, violating their own Terms of Service.

I have filed a formal fraud dispute with my bank (Chargeback) and reported this merchant to Mastercard. Do not trust them with your payment details.

They are a scam, they auto-renew you subscription before that your previous subscription expires, and if you subscribed with a discount they charge you the full price instead. And they offer no refunds. SCAM

Absolutely terrible, luckily I was smart and only bought 700 credits at a time on old gift cards with only a couple bucks on them, 1400 credits gone and not one video of what I wanted, everytime they would have me write the prompt again and upload pic again, saying they would get it this time, twice I bought more credits, unreal waste of an hour

I’ve had a horrible experience with them. I did the 3 day free subscription and I didn’t like the services because it wasn’t generating the things I wanted right. It didn’t want me to cancel my subscription and then they took money of my account. I tried messaging customer support that’s takes forever btw. They refused to help me. This is a scam please be careful guys

I was very angry with them because for 2 weeks 90% was censored for no reason. The AI and the "human" customer support agent ignored the issue, saying if videos are censored it's my fault even though the images did not violate TOS. And today everything was restored, clearly proving them wrong. But mistakes are made by everybody and if you fix the issue everything is forgiven.

The worst platform regarding customer service.After an accidental annual subscription -inestead of a usual monthly immediately contacted them,they refusing all kind of refund,however I offered to deduct a monthly fee,and refund the rest.They just ignoring customers,highly recommended to search for a reliable competitor,they are also mostly cheaper too.

This company engages in extremely deceptive and unethical practices. They lure customers in with large discount offers, then quietly save your credit card information and enroll you into a yearly subscription (USD $95) without your consent. Your card details remain stored in their system, allowing them to charge your card at any time without authorization.

They also do not send purchase receipts, email confirmations, or any record of the charges. To make matters worse, they hide the cancellation option and Purchase Record behind an “Upgrade Now” button instead of offering a clear and accessible “Manage Subscription” link. These behaviors are deliberately misleading and dishonest.

After emailing their customer service
to request a refund for the unauthorized transactions, they did not respond. I even emailed a warning giving them 48 hours to issue a refund, but it has now been a week with no reply.

Because of their complete lack of response, I had no choice but to go through my bank and dispute the charges — which wasted three hours of my time.

The founder and CEO, Ma Fei (from China), should ensure that he runs this company with proper transparency and ethical standards. The current practices are unacceptable and harm customers.

Outage started November 20th 2025 with the majority of ALL content disappearing from the site, even from "privacy" locked sections of your account. They say they've put them back, but many images are missing.
They released an announcement that it will be at least MONTH before the site is restored.
In the meantime, art works are being flagged as NSFW when they are not, the search function for models is missing, and doesn't display anything when this search. Literally nothing. And they claim core functionality is restored, but my image generations keep getting canceled by the system (despite no inappropriate content), or the images won't load when they finish.
There are CONSTANT requests on their official Discord server for refunds for charges that the user didn't authorize. And they always refuse refunds.

They are generally removing any content that is deemed "too adult" yet the system can't tell basic shapes and cours apart and flags things at random as inappropriate. Does your art have a lot of white in it? They'll flag it as NSFW even though it's a picture of a small dog (doing nothing NSFW.)

Has a nasty habit of rolling out updates on Friday afternoon that degrade, or sometimes eliminate, user works, despite privacy settings. They also claim to be promoting a safe space by punishing small/less popular accounts for "inappropriate content" while in turn selecting the same kind of content for official promotions. If you're bringing in enough traffic, you get to publish more and more inappropriate works while making a share of money. But if you're small fry, they'll block your works from being published, thus blocking you from earning in their system, and giving them the added benefit of being able to claim they keep things "clean."
I am one of their content moderators. I was tasked with making sure illegal content was not published. However, when I found highly illegal CP/CSAM it would take months for them to act, and it was often that they would remove a few images rather than remove the user. They ban accounts, yes, claiming a zero tolerance policy for it - that has not been my experience. They often adopt CP made by users as official mascots. They recently held an event for a user character that is a child-like fairy in a short skirt that the original creator loves to put in adult situations.

I love this company. But as a new user i have been wondering into a few reoccurring issues that i would greatly appreciate the consideration thereof:

1: credits, and how to earn them (make it more easy) ex...including game content.

2nd : finding what pages were visited. perhaps the site can have its own history so the user can check.

3rd is the mature enabled content STILL getting pictures it cannot see (or choose in advance to not occur when generating)

4th. model and apps...why cant they mix? and why it's hard to find one sometimes (either /or) using the search engine.

5th ai characters...how much you can do with them....why isnt there a feature that allows other users to share the pics they got with the ai character....and why are they so hard to find and look up?

6th : oldest posts...and content. Without any filter...how are we supposed to access old content?

7th copyright: what EXACTLY are we allowed to do with the art we generate? Can we go along with our lives and start a cartoon on ACTUAL TV? make it clear

8th: credit limit: i rolled the dice/chest/cube thing and got 300+ credits...and within 2 minutes it reset my new account to what it was before. Could credits get carried over?

9th : Same icons should be accessible to every page...i shouldn't have to create something to access the dailies.

10th : ai characters: Can they talk to eachother? Can we have a system we're the user gets to 'log on' as the ai character and talk to the others....and....CAN WE SET UP AN ENVIRONMENT FOR THEM. This site isn't about just words anymore right?
