Stay away from this company!!

Stay away from this company!!
I ordered a single photo for a wedding frame gift. The photo I received was rotated 90 degrees and the heads of the people in the photo were chopped off. Customer service was great to begin with and helped me order a new photo. But it arrived like the first. Completely useless.

Their response now is:
Could you please tear to pieces (destroy) the photos so we can proceed a refund.
In your case, we cannot reproduce the photo or we will get the same result !

Completely incompetent!! And it was only a single photo!! And I’m stuck without a photo for my gift!!
