Terrible customer service
I contacted the company stating I had not received my order. They responding by saying it was delivered. The tracking number provided with my order showed package still in Italy going through customs at the same time they told me it was delivered. Customer service did not answer any of my questions only responded with the canned answer to check with post office and neighbors. Based on their lack of customer service alone I would never order from this website again
