Product quit working as described on use 5, contacted customer support and it's been 3 days and no response.

It was quick and easy to order. The video reviews were honest and rang true to me. I can’t wait to receive my order.

I was prescribed pelvic floor therapy. When I went to the physical therapist the first time, I told her that I had a plate in my left foot and that my toes can bend. I also asked her not to touch my foot. I had a previous injury after the surgery and it took a year to recover. The first exercise she wanted me to do involved bending my left foot. I left immediately.
I still need to do the therapy to avoid additional surgery. I researched about a dozen pelvic floor devices and this product was rated best overall in its category. When I went to the website, it was already marked 50% off of the regular price. Very easy to order. Now it’s just a matter of waiting for it to arrive.

The information is clear and concise. The reviews are positive and the users appear to be using the device for the same reason I need it for. Although I have not yet received the device yet, I’m praying it is beneficial for me also!

It seems that the products are great, But I have much to say about the customer service when it comes to getting questions answered, it took way too long to get answers from questions I had, from any of the people from this company . They would rather pawn it off to saying . The answers are on our website.. When my questions were not on the website. Where is customer service when you need them. They'd rather pawn it off , so they don't have to do the work. .. I"m not impressed.. but I'm glad I FINALLY got my questions answered !..

I haven't received my ScultpHer device yet, but I am excited to get started. I am suffering from Menopausal side effects that have been affecting my sexual comfort. I have tried estrogen cream but am looking for something else. Fingers crossed this will improve my symptoms!

Everything was very easy

Since I haven't received my order yet, this isn't a review of the product. I saw an ad on social media about red light therapy for vaginal health, and I found several great reviews for the SculptHer wand, so I ordered it. Ordering was quick and easy. I'm only giving four stars because I felt weird about the push to add another device to my order, even at a discounted price. It made me think one device would only be OK, while buying both devices would fulfill the promises the company is making. I chose not to add the second device, because I can barely afford the first one. Now I get the sense that I'll be missing out. I'm still hopeful, though!

Seems like an easy company to work with, and I’m excited to see if the product works.

I'll come back and review the product once I've used it a while and know it works as advertised.
