I have been very happy with them. Item arrived promptly when they were advised address was wrong. No problem shipped another out and received in 5 days. Enjoying the scrunch sac.

I ordered 3 scrunch sacs on 5 Oct 2020. Email dated 7 Oct confirming items had been shipped stated 12-25 days delivery. I emailed them on day 24 to get a response stating it would be 10-25 days from the date of their email response. Tracking shows it’s been sitting in Sydney since 20 Oct. Other items I’ve ordered from overseas have arrived with no delays. I’m not impressed.

I am very pleased with the customer service. My initial order was "delivered" according to the tracking information however was actually not. Long story short they sent me a new order free of charge. Love the makeup bag. Thank you :)

I ordered the bag before the Corona and it took more time than originally planned to arrive. As soon as I reached out, I was answered to straight away. Because I complained they sent another bag for free. The product is amazing and the support team super responsive and cooperative.

This scrunch sack I ordered came without one of the pieces of Velcro so the top would not close. I contacted the company immediately and they had me keep the original and sent me a replacement very quickly. Then they followed up via email to make sure I received it. I was very happy overall with the customer service and I like the product!

I haven't any complaints other than their tracking/shipping practices. I got one message saying it was in china then a few days later I got it. The sac itself is of excellent quality and is everything they say and more. So delighted with this waterproof stash bag not just for makeup. It's big enough to use for many things especially with 2 secret zippered pockets. Worth the wait.

Buyers Beware
This product is nothing more than a shower cap with a drawstring. The quality’s very cheap. I bought 4 of them to give as gifts but I cannot give them to anybody I love. I emailed customer service and asked for a refund they will not refund my money because I did not report any defects with the product.

I haven't received the parcel for two months and contacted for several times their administrators Abegail and Josh. They asked to wait or try to find it by myself in the local post office. So I had to work hard to find who was processing my order in the country - as ScrunchSac had no information about who their business partners are... Do NOT recommend to have any relations or buy anything from them. They haven't refunded the money I paid... and now no answer from them... No trust in such companies.

I am very pleased with the product. Delivery took much longer than advertised, due to Covid, but I was given excellent customer support when my order did not seem to be progressing, which allayed my fears.

Super pleased with the 6 Scrunchsacs I purchased. Gonna make great Christmas gifts for all the young women in the family. I'm always on the hunt for new and nifty ideas and Scrunchsac did not disappoint at all.

Merchandise is cheap, poorly made. Risk-free 30-day guarantee of "full refund if dissatisfied in any way" is false. My offer to return their own merchandise isn't accepted but, instead, they keep offering to send a duplicate order or other of their merchandise if I accept a 50% refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I got my make up bag and I'm very happy with it. My tracking was telling me that it had arrived but I didn't receive it, so I panicked and emailed the company.When I emailed to see where it was I received an email very quickly and I received great customer service. I then looked in my letter box and it was there. Thank you once again.

The ScrunchSac is so useful! It's nice to be able to spread everything out and yet easily clear the countertop after I'm done using my makeup, and everything I need stays together for the next time. Cute flamingo design too! I had a slight issue with my order and customer service was prompt and friendly and resolved my issue right away. This would also make a great gift!

My daughter never received her Scrunchsac even though it showed it was delivered. The tracking showed that it took a very long time from when I ordered it to be supposedly delivered however anyway. The positive is however that I emailed Scrunchsac about her never receiving it and after a couple of back and forth emails they agreed to send her another one which was delivered in a much shorter time. They kept contact with me through emails until it was delivered and then requested that I let them know it was received by my daughter.

Also, I had ordered 2 for myself. I wanted to return them as I thought they were too large for the cabinet in m camper that I intended to use one in. They offered me a 50% discount instead of having to return them which I accepted. The Scrunchsac's are larger that they appear to be on their site, especially on FaceBook which is where I saw them. When closed there is an opening left which is large enough to allow smaller items to fall out. The strap doesn't lay close enough to this to prevent this. I like the concept and other than this they are very well constructed and even come with an inside zipper, maybe two. Mine are made of a shiny material which I think would be spill proof. I don't know if all the other patterns are like this or not. Mine are the grayish blue solid pattern which I thought was going to be more blue. I sent one to to my stepdaughter too and she said she liked it. My daughter is out of town and hasn't seen hers yet so I don't have a review from her yet. I'll post it when I hear from her.
