Our lab puppy loves his food!
We had a fussy lab puppy who often picked at food, had regular upset tummies & scratched a lot! Now he loves his food, eats it all, in fact licks the bowl clean! His tummy is great & he hardly scratches. Glad we switched him to Scrumbles.

Cats adore the treats, poor customer service
Cats adore the treats. I have had quality issues with the wet food sachets and the customer service was disappointing. Won’t buy that again however have kept the subscription for the large bags of treats.

Love scrumbles and im so glad we found…
Love scrumbles and im so glad we found them, customer service is also fantastic if I have a question, only had 1 issue with delivery.. well I wouldn't say issue I'd say lack of information, an item was temporarily out of stock which delayed my whole subscription order and I had to chase up where it was (I didn't mind as I purchased a small top up of scrumbles from local pets shop) but a courtesy email informing me would have been nice. Other than this we love scrumbles

My cat likes your food. However why do you use high pressure sales tactics like making it impossiable to cancel ongoing orders on your website. You do yourselves no favers at all useing these tactics. I for one will not be placeing any more orders with yourselves.

Kitty loves them and his sensitive stomach is happy!
Artie loves his new dry food, wet food and treats! He loves all of them and pushed his old dry food aside (when we mixed them to gradually change his food) to get the scrumbles. His stomach seems much happier and we love how low calorie the treats are too - especially since he’s still young and needs a little snack encouraging as we train him.
The only thing we would change is *more*. We’d love to see some options for cats, particularly wet food, which doesn’t have chicken in just to mix it up a little and for those with chicken allergies. We understand it might cost more - but we’d happily pay for it!

Firstly, delivery times are quick and updates are provided. Website nice and easy to use. More importantly, products are great. I have a fussy Labrador (yes they do exist!) with sensitive tummy and the scrumbles salmon is a tick for him. Thank you!

Perfection!!
I cannot be more pleased with the service we receive from you. The reminders are very helpful and I like how I can ask for immediate delivery or a delay in delivery of My dogs food. One of my dogs has pancreatitis and was so pleased to find you on the internet as she has to have such a low fat content in her food and snacks this is ideal to give her for breakfast (I cook for them in the evening. I recommend you so often and would only ask one thing of you … please don’t change a thing everything is perfect 👌

I have four cats with inflamatory bowel disease/allergies and Scrumbles has been amazing. The tumours in one cat's mouth cleared up within weeks.

Goodbye itchy skin and upset tummies.
Scrumbles has helped my cat with her itchy skin and tummy issues and she absolutely loves it.
We've tried a few different flavours of both the biscuits, the wet food and treats and so far she loves them all especially the mixed box of treats, which is great value too.
I am really pleased with the changes I've seen in her skin and tummy issues over the past month, so she is definitely a scrumbles cat from now on.
