Zero stars!!!! My experience was the same as everyones. I ordered on 12/8 and never received them. They don't respond to emails and their number is fake. I disputed with my credit card and the company mangaged to show tracking that it was delivered on 1/20 by USPS. I have never received it. Not sure how they managed to get proof of delivery. Don't buy it's a scam

I would give zero stars. I placed my order on January 4 and have received nothing. When I contacted customer service, I received an automated, non-responsive response. These people are crooks.

I would give ZERO stars. Ordered 12/6.. checked tracking status (written in chinese) said items delivered 1/20/26.. NEVER received. No response from email sent. Both phone numbers I found are out of service.

Wow reading the reviews and the same thing happened to me. I even paid the shipping insurance and haven’t received the product or a response to multiple requests for a refund. I can’t remember if I saw the ad via Facebook or Instagram but it would be nice if they vetted these companies a little better. Now I will never trust an ad on either platform.

ZERO stars! Same as everyone else. I got ONE repsosne via email when I complained I hadn;t received my order in time for Christmas. I was given a tracking link in English. The order finally arrives on a USPS ticket asking for over $16 in postage due. I had already spent $75! I refused the orer. I ahve reached out several more times via email, new emails, thorugh the website and on facbook and nothing.

Scam! I hope anyone trying to order looks up reviews and scams on this company! I ordered Dec 8th. I emailed a couple weeks later since money was taken but no shipping. When they send you shipping "updates" there is no true tracking. Its now Jan 20th and no product. I emailed several times to get money refunded and nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

4 weeks later and still haven’t received my order. Should have looked up the company before ordering. Their website say trustpilot gave them 4.8/5 stars. THAT was a lie. Do not order from this company.

Zero stars for the same reasons others have said-- order not received after 7 weeks, cannot reach the company by phone, tracking number is invalid. I got one response by email that re-iterated the same invalid tracking number. Cannot get a refund "until the package arrives and give them a try."

I ordered 12/10/25 and never received my order. Emails to support are unanswered. Arrival information was in Chinese. Total scam.

I only ordered from this company because it was on the Shopify site so I thought it was safe. I ordered December 19th. The tracking number I got was in Chinese. I never received my package. I wrote to the company and have not gotten any response. Now I see many more people have had the same problem as me. This is totally a scam to take your money.

If I could leave a review with No Stars I would. Someone has finally started responding to emails. Unfortunately, one person Michael Komj said I’d love this product and if I didn’t my money would be refunded. Now Christeen is answering emails address to Michael. This person is now telling me, we hear you, we understand your frustration, blah blah, blah. Everything on their website appears to be stateside when in fact it is all foreign. My order took one month to receive as it was coming out of China. The original package label had another label placed over the foreign label. Lie after lie, after lie. Save yourself the time, money and headache. Do not buy from this fraudulent company.

I was not able to give this company zero stars which is exactly what it deserves. I ordered December 14. Also in hopes of stocking stuffers like other customers. I have received absolutely nothing. Tracking is absolutely impossible. Facebook should be ashamed of themselves for even putting this company on their App. I have reached out via email and have called and have not received any response.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered in December, thinking the scrubbies were coming from Florida. When I got the order/tracking information, it was in Chinese. A month later, and it has not arrived. Now Shopify says it is in Chicago?

I ordered a product from Scrubbies.co in early December and, weeks later, I still have not received anything. There has been no shipping update and no explanation for the delay.

I have tried contacting the company multiple times by email and phone, and they do not respond at all. No replies, no callbacks, nothing.

Based on my experience, this company appears unreliable and untrustworthy. Taking payment and then going completely silent is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Scrubbies.co.

Definitely would not give ANY stars for this experience. Like everyone else who have left reviews, I ordered the product (12/16/25) for stocking stuffers. I should have done my research, but it was a last-minute Christmas shopping experience. Lesson learned. No product received yet (1/12/26). Red flags were 1) the money was taken immediately; usually it isn't taken until the product has shipped 2) listed phone number is "no longer in service." 3) tracking information provided is in Chinese writing.

I have requested help from my credit union.

Ordered 12/10, no product or shipping update today on 1/11. Emailed requesting an update to no response. This must be a scam. Disputes with my credit card company. Do not buy!

Same experience as all the other reviews. Ordered product mid-December and still waiting. Contacted Scrubbies "support" and got no response. Looks like a scam. Will try to get the charge taken off my credit card.

Scam never received my product. Out money. Lesson learned

Update: received my order today, however it was missing part of the order. I had ordered 2 of the Christmas three pack. I got the red and green ones but not the white ones. The package came from some business and it was inLos Angeles.

Same as everyone else, I fell for the scam, thought these would be nice addition to the basket for my girlfriends for Christmas. Ordered 12/9 and haven't received product. updated on 12/20 that they are shipped but nothing since then. I have emailed 2x and called the non-working ph# in FL. Lesson learned.

I’ve never received my items. Have emailed numerous times, no response. SCAM!
