Misleading Program, No Support, and No Refund

I enrolled in the medical scribe course at Scribes4Hire.com after receiving an email offering a 50% scholarship, reducing the course fee to $299. The program was advertised as offering recognized certification and job placement assistance—two key factors in my decision to enroll.

However, after accessing just part of the first lesson, I realized the certification was not recognized by any accredited institution, and the job placement feature had no listings for California, where I live. There was only one job, and it was out of state. I contacted their support email multiple times to request a refund, but I never received any response.
