Ordered 6 panels got 1 trellis, then 3 more turned up (all damaged) but not the pattern I ordered. Been given run around But luckily I paid with clearpay so they only got £50. Clearpay dispute is working on it.

I ordered a radiator cover in September 2022 and received no confirmation email. I’d had a courier email, so didn’t pay it much attention.

Then, later in the year (or possibly early this year) I received a letter saying the company was being liquidated. I was sent a loooong list of people’s and businesses they owed money to, some with an alarming number of 000s.

I wasn’t sure what the next step was, but I assumed a refund should the assets be sold and enough money recouped. However. I wasn’t expecting the original owners to BUY IT BACK.

Apparently they had the best offer on the table (for the company they ran into the ground), so here we are. Months later, many people out of pocket and the unscrupulous company directors taking in yet more unsuspecting customers.

I asked the solicitor that was in touch regarding the liquidation where I stood, and was informed my purchase was ‘unsecured’ and nothing was going to happen.

Absolutely DO NOT buy from Screen with Envy. I have all the documentation to prove this and a google search will help fill in their colourful history.

I’ve been banned from commenting on their Facebook page as I had the audacity to ask where my order was. That should say a lot about their position on things.

Honestly, pay a bit more and buy from a business that will actually deliver your order, there are others who offer similar products.

Same experience as so many others. Order never received and all communication ignored. Faulty product reported and never got a response until They went bankrupt, only to open again very quickly. Guess what; The new company are still refusing to respond to me as well. Avoid like the plague!

Order never delivered, not able to secure refund.

Dreadful, fraudulent company. Paid £600 last year and nothing received. After a few months of trying to contact them they went bust, only to start up again recently! How is it allowed?? Sophie Burkett the owner should be prosecuted for theft 😡

Disgusting. I ordered two radiator covers in June 2022, pad with debit card and despite several emails and phone calls they still haven’t arrived. Phone calls and emails now don’t get answered or replied to.
As a final insult I received an email today offering me 75% of my next purchase!
Scammers.

I ordered screens in June 2022. I paid with a debit card. I never received the screens despite many promises from the company. Then in august they stopped picking up the phone and did not reply to emails. I requested a refund many times. I never received it and my bank did not refund me either .

Do not use this company, should be called "Scam With Envy"

Ordered two screens in Feb 22 which were supposed to be delivered in 15 days - 4 months later they were delivered, both broken and unusable.

After several emails and photos they agreed to replace them.

7 month and many emails later, nothing.

Now emails are being ignored

Reading the reviews apparently I was not the only person swindled by this company. I ordered 3 screens in May and paid for these. I was not able to pay through PayPal so I paid them directly. Many emails later and false promises of the screens being delivered, I have still not received my order. In one email it was suggested that I collect the screens myself from the Netherlands.
Looking at all the similar reviews this company seems to have made a lot of money without delivering the orders.

Same as everyone else I guess. Order placed in July and still not delivered. No reply to my emails or calls whatsoever. Stay away!

Diabolical. My wife ordered two screens that did turn up in the given time frame however I was not at all pleased with the quality so at our own cost we returned them. After many exchanged email with various members of staff we were assured our refund would be given some attention. After 2 months we still had not received our refund. And then no replies to our emails and when we tried on many occasions to telephone them a fault message was given. We contacted our credit card company and a refund was made via them. This took two and a half months to be resolved. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere.

Not even one star , just robbers

Panels arrived August, one was wrong colour (black instead of grey). They collected incorrect black panel but still haven’t supplied replacement correct grey panel. No response from our many many email enquiries & no phone lines operational. Following our original purchases in 2020, we've experienced challenges with this company in obtaining items & incorrect deliveries, unfortunately we had to persevere as it needed to match what we had started. We now had a gap in the middle of panels – looks ridiculous but we cant get any responses & out of pocket

£407 Still not received & so many emails - no replies.

I had to go back to my credit card to reclaim the money. Repaid after dispute today 14/11/22

I ordered a gate & planter in May 2022. Still not received & so many emails - no replies. I now need to go back to my bank to reclaim the money. It’s a shame as my first experience with them was good & I have 2 beautiful panels.

Do not use this company.

I ordered a radiator cover from them back in January 2022 and it never arrived, despite endless calls, emails etc trying to chase it up.

Now I’ve been chasing and chasing to get a refund and apparently/conveniently their phones are now not working, it’s been that way for weeks.

They’ve basically taken my money for an order they aren’t fulfilling and won’t respond to email requests for a refund, beyond disgusting service, please steer clear!!

I placed an order December 2021, still waiting for it to be delivered.
They never answer the phone, only time they would reply was on chat but not even getting that now.
Never respond to emails.
But have taken the money, not happy to say the least.
Kept getting told there was a delay on delivery.
Been trying again today to get a response but nothing.

I too have ordered frim this company in July and have not yet received order. I have emailed them several times no response. I would give them a 0 rating

Do not order from this company, they take your money and do not fulfil orders. I placed an order in april for some radiator covers which have yet to be delivered, and I kept being given different timeframes for delivery. Now they are not replying to emails or on their chat service and their phone lines are down too. Yet they are still posting on instagram so much still be trading (I notice they have disabled comments on their posts which leads me to believe they know they'll have waves of unhappy customers posting) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
