Never got my order. Emailed and response was a failure to deliver leading me to believe this is not a legitimate business which means you ripped me off!

Nobody is trying to rip you off. I am sorry if email failed for some reason. I just check your order and you ordered on the 8th to canada and it was delivered to you on the 15th. 4 days ago. I will send you tracking again. It goes to your email from our system but is sometimes blocked by your email provider because the word sex in it.

Everything is high quality

Everything about the stand and swing is high quality and easy to setup and use. Shipping was quick. Stand box was a bit damaged when it arrived but none of the contents were. Could probably use instructions in the boxes but the everything is simple and easy to figure out without them.

I never received my package and…

I never received my package and customer service is atrocious. I was calle unethical and that I was stealing because they showed it was “delivered to front desk, reception area, or mail room” no photo of deliver. I never received it. Customer service is terrible. I did not hear back from them for 5 days and I only heard from them when I disputed it with my financial institution
