Easy process
I added another pet dog. Well, actually I just applied for insurance for my new dog. I don't think it ever asked if I had one already, so no discount as far as I can see. Process was quick and easy as I recall, not too much extra stuff to fill in.

Looking for pet insurance check out Scratch and Patch. ving searched for a dog insurance…
Having searched for a dog insurance that covered my 2 dogs and that was reasonably priced i was quoted an extremely reasonable price to cover both dogs by Scratch and Patch and it was half the price of other insurances.
I had to make a large claim for one of my dogs who unfortunately we lost. They were very helpful. I did have a 20% additional cost to pay so this Yr I have opted to pay a little extra that means should I need to claim i only have the excess to pay. It still worked out less costly than other insurances. Well worth getting a quote. I pay monthly and there's no added cost on top for this service

Run away from them , they are thief take your money no support no paid , nothing they will find anyy escuse to not paid even with all evidence from specialist and vets... this compagny should be closed and reported .... you have close rhe case cause has u mention no enought proove. My dogs was diagnose with pneumonia and other issue due to pneumonia issue vet in spain have been in contcat with you and send you reports bills medical report from there and you also have medical report from our local vet. ... and you now trying to seperate all issue into deferent claim ai we have to paid excès for each condition and 20% has the deal of inssurance wich mean clearly you cover nothing ...........
All issue raised was due to havy pneumonia she cought was question of a day or 2 for her to survived - lucky the vet was very responsive and quick to act for our beloved nala ..... after having all this deferenr trestment to dind the cause and to cure her she unfortubalty suffer from a stroke ..... that once again the vet there have manage to cure and help us so fast ...... at today nala is recoverd thanks to god and all vet support . How can you tell me this is many claim while all has beeen cause from one and only illness ........ this is a clearly for me a way for you to get away from paying offf .... only my opinion..... but after looking and do some research looks like im not the only one that had issues and complain about this compagny .....looking forward to ear and seee what valuable reason you have so we can maybe also show and prevent to futur costumers .

Easy to set up on line and one of the best quotes for pet insurance I found. S&P also have good reviews from existing customers. However, it is difficult to rate a company until one has had dealings with them over a period of time so, I may well come back to this in the future.

Absolutely useless company despite me…
Absolutely useless company despite me telling them my dog died in January, they kept sending me emails because i cancelled the direct debit. Then they send an email today saying they have cancelled my policy from the date i told them she died but they want more money to cancel policy.

Outstanding claims team. Both efficient and caring.
My claim has been settled quickly, efficiently and without fuss. The claims team communication was outstanding, keeping me up to date with the claim status throughout. I mistakenly supplied the wrong contact email for the specialist hospital and the team contacted me quickly to say that they were still waiting on information. They followed this up and received the necessary information which resulted in my claim being settled in the next two days. Payment was in my account within four days. Outstanding, caring, proficient, can’t fault them.
