Referred someone an NEVER got the rewards nor did she. We have screenshots an everything. Customer service acted all nice then said my balance was updated IT WAS NOT then wanted her to go through more steps even though she cashed out n done her part an mine.. not a very good app, their dishonest an do not pay out right! They do everything to keep from paying what they owe u. Beware of this one guys!!

More problems with excuses and messages not answered.
As usual, I send multiple tickets in, and Scrambly refuses to acknowledge. This is the third time it's happened.
The best you can hope for is they message you ON THIS PLATFORM and expect you to put in more tickets and email 12 people.
They're liars that hold no accountability. Good luck. It's great until they do something wrong, then they pretend the problem doesn't exist.
SUBMITTING THEIR BELOVED TICKETS SHOULD BE ENOUGH.

Stole my money - UPDATE: fixed
I have tried every way possible to get ahold of support, and I’m getting no response. My account was wrongly suspended (this has happened before when I earned a large payout quickly, as I did this time, and was determined to be a mistake). I had over $35 in my account I need ASAP. I have been a loyal user for YEARS, but now I feel abandoned and robbed.
Update: after posting on their public pages I was finally able to get a response and had my account suspension removed. This app has amazing support… when they finally respond. It’s just getting their attention that really creates massive stress, especially when you rely on the money you’ve earned using their platform. But when it does work, it’s the best app available. They just need to invest in more support staff and maybe fix some issues in their platform’s “flagged for suspicious activity” process.

Promo payouts
I mostly don't have an issue with them except they don't seem to follow through on their promo rewards. I have completed two different timed promos within the timeframe and had all steps completed but never received the promised payout for either. 😡 Did submit a ticket to support but no response.
