I would avoid any shops in Aberdeen as ok if you want to purchase anything staff are friendly but if you wish to return then micky mouse customer service. I purchased a product in September and have had multiple issues with it and more or told nothing they can do as outwith 28 days which I was not told about. It is usually 6 months warranty. Staff have to text manager for a decision who puts all the issues onto the staff to tell the customer. Absolute disgrace do not buy anything from this store.

Shopped in scotvapes for the first time. Was well presented and good selection of products. would recommend them to any person that wants to give up the cancer sticks. its nice to see that they have opened at store in Elgin as well. will be using again in the future. Need more product testers for online reviews of products. Happy to help
