I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. Birthday hamper never arrived, e-mailed 7 times and attempted to call 6 times, totally ignored. Raised dispute with credit card company, who refunded me and raised a claim with the company, as soon as they did that lo and behold the hamper was finally delivered FIVE weeks late ! Never use them again and have reported to Trading Standards.

Avoid…item did not arrive
Phone line dead, no dispatch email, item hasn’t arrived on the date selected and no way to contact. Waited in for delivery which was clearly never going to arrive. I now have to rush to find a replacement gift. Luckily I have paid via PayPal so can reclaim my money.
I will be contacting trading standards about this company.
Avoid!!

Zero Customer Service
No email confirmation of order. Emailed twice with no response. Tried phoning several times with no one answering and no voice messaging opportunity. Credit card has been charged, but there is no way to know whether my order has actually been shipped -- and no response to inquiries. Should have read reviews prior to ordering!

Wrong delivery date & missing items
Asked specifically for delivery on 10th of October, was delivered about two weeks early. Item was missing which was refunded after email, another item replaced with an unsuitable replacement. Scant apology received, will not use again
