Ordered a Nocpix H50R and upon delivery noticed light ring marks on tubes , put it down to manufacture checks , then set it up and installed app to find the unit had multiple videos on it and was in fact a used unit sold as new ! Arranged collection and returned , they offered to send some QD rings as apology ….. had to wait weeks for replacement to be delivered and no sign of rings , followed up with call and email and still nothing . Save the hassle and order from another retailer who actually has stock when advertised on their site

On being told via email there were no batteries with the Arken Zulus I purchased at the Game fair. They responded very quickly and sent me two batteries and a SIM card by return. Really appreciated that great service still exists.

I have purchased from Scott Country a number of times - as have many colleagues. I find the staff courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.

They are proud of their brand and have an excellent reputation - and justly so. If they seem pernickety, it is because either they are complying with the law - or carrying out reasonable fraud prevention - without agenda.

You can trust this company to deliver excellent product and service - often above and beyond what is reasonable.

My father- in- law tried to buy me a jacket from this company whilst on holiday at my home (I live abroad). However, the shop staff have ideas above their station and accused me of being a criminal! They have refused to process the order as the card-holder lives at a different address, despite the website stating that they will ask for ID and/or proof of residency. Since when did shop staff become fraud investigators?
Absolutely shocking!
Unless you wish to have libellous accusations thrown at you, do not use this company!
