Mark is extremely knowledgeable and has a great fun approach to teaching vital life saving skills. If it's fun!...you learn better and your relaxed. No question is a stupid question and he can definitely bring a room full of strangers together. This is my second time being trained by Mark. I would highly recommend!.

Thank you so much for this kind review. We have many years teaching and ww what a relaxed friendly atmosphere where people can relax which allows them to get the best learning experience. They should be confident to openly ask questions without feeling embarrassed. We dont use big fancy terminology and teach in small bite size chunks. We allow students time to put knowledge into practice and feel their way through the course. Our focus is giving the student the best experience we can and leave with knowledge and confidence. Thanks again Mark.
A very enjoyable course
Mark was excellent at keeping the class engaged and made the course an enjoyable day. He kept all the information simple which made it very easy to take on board.

First Aid Training
Knowledgeable, friendly and approachable trainer, accepted all questions and covered each topic so everyone was able to follow along and no matter what question was asked he had a good explanation or example to answer in a way that was easily understood.

Mark is superb as a first aid trainer
Mark is superb as a first aid trainer. He trains in a way that you are never bored or confused. The 4 and a half hours flew in.
Really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend.

Very helpful and relatable trainer
Very helpful and relatable trainer. Ensured active learning took out throughout the training which I felt was very effective. Scott had a great attitude throughout the learning and had a great relationship with the learners at all times. Marks training has given me the confidence to act in a medical emergency. Overall a highly positive experience and I would recommend to any company!
