The initial drop off was fine, no issues
But coming home was a bit of a nightmare
First of all we went with friends but had seperate bookings. Thank goodness.
We had no indication that the pickup point had changed. Our friends got a text advising. Secondly the pick up point was a 9 minute walk with cases rather than right at terminal building.
We were told to meet at holiday inn and waited at this point after midnight, we phoned 3 times only to be told we were at wrong holiday inn and our driver had been there for a while, no one phoned us back to let us know they were there and we were elsewhere. We waited 45 mins flr them.
Then despite knowing there was 7 of us they had let 3 other travellers into the minivan so there wasn’t enough space for us and the remaining passengers had to wait another 20 minutes until after 1am as they only had one driver
I found the person on phone a little difficult to make out which didn’t help
Ended up feeling frustrated and exhausted after a long day in our resort then a long walk and wait
Wouldn’t use them again I’d rather pay the extra £15 for onsite carpark

We have used Scot Park several times and found them ok. We recently returned from 2 weeks abroad on an overnight flight. We expected to be picked up at stance B9 but we were told to make our way to the Holiday Inn. Unfortunately, there are 2 Holiday Inns at Glasgow airport. When we figured this out we made the 15 min walk to the Holiday Inn dragging our bags and ourselves full of jet lag. We were finally picked up about an hour after arriving. Much to our surprise we were driven past the lot where we left our car to a 'new lot' we had no idea about. Our car has been moved without our permission to a dirty dusty lot. This is a real breach of trust. If something had happened to our car it would not have been covered by our insurance. Our car was filthy and the staff did not even acknowledge our concerns. I would definitely think twice about using them again.

Drop off was smooth and easy. Advised car would be moved while we were away to a new site. On return taken to the new site which was a good bit further away. Overall no major issues but probably wouldn’t use again due to the distance of new park.

Used the drop of and collect from terminal service. Super easy and convenient and friendly staff. Car was able to collected right outside the terminal. Would use this service again. Value for money

Hassle free service. Good price and easy to organise. Would recommend.

DO NOT USE!
Highly advise AGAINST using this car park!
We left 2 cars at this car park while being away for a week, arrived at the car park and had to wait about 20-30 mins just to sign in and they had no knowledge of our cars booking.
The car park was jam packed with nowhere to park the cars, I was told to leave mine in the lay-by where their vans go. Before we left for the airport they moved a few cars and while moving them went up on a kerb when turning.
Their transfer vans only have 8 seats in them, in our party there were 2 adults, 2 kids and a baby and we were squashed in the back 3 seats. We got dropped off at a stance in the airport which was fine but..
On our return, after collecting our bags and going through security we called them to get picked up, they told us to make our way to "holiday inn" which we thought was strange as we got told we would be picked up at stance B9 in the airport. We made our way to "holiday inn express" thinking they meant this one as it was closest and across from the stance but NO. There was also another family and woman waiting. We all called again to be told We had to walk to "Holiday Inn" little did we know this was a 10-15 minute walk and we had a trolly with 3 cases on it, a 10 month old baby, 5 year old and 9 year old at 3AM!!
Once we arrived at "Holiday Inn" there was still nobody there to collect us, we called again to be told they were dropping someone off and wouldn't be long, another family appeared by the time they got to us, 10 minutes later. We had been waiting 40 minutes in total, someone had been waiting over an hour! When the bus arrived it was the same one that dropped us at the airport and we had to squeeze us all in the back 3 seats again and there was still a family that couldn't get in. Baring in mind we told them how many people were waiting and they should also know.
When we were in the mini bus I asked why we didn't get picked up at the stance we were suppose to, to be told there was roadworks. Told them there were other cars/busses getting into the stance and he changed it to the barrier can't read his registration plate.. something doesn't add up..
They took us to some unlit yard with loads of parked cars (not the one we left our cars at) but our cars were in this yard. Took about 15 minutes to get my keys from them and my car was abandoned (parked) at the side in all the long weeds/bush area. My partner tried to look over our cars with his phone torch as it was 3/3.30am it was pretty dark. Didn't see any damage.
The next day we looked over our cars in daylight and both of us have a scratched/kerbed alloy which wasn't there before hand as they are both new. We contacted them and were told to send an email to an email address they gave us, their claims or something. Surprisingly over a week later we still don't have a reply from them regarding this.
Very unhappy with the service provided and will be the first and last we use here.
DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY

Keys had to be left with the attendants, which I was uncomfortable with. My car was then taken to a 'yard' at an undisclosed location, I only found this out on my return.
At drop off I was told pick-up would be at Stance B9 and given a number to call when I arrived back. On return I had to call the number multiple times before anyone answered. I had already collected my bags and was at Stance B9 by the time I spoke to anyone. My flight had been delayed, and it was 2am, I had multiple heavy bags and an extremely tired 8 year old child. I was told the driver would not come into the airport, and that I had to walk to the Holiday Inn. I walked to the Holiday Inn with my bags and child and met another family there, also with bags and young child. They'd been told the same as me, so we waited together. After 30 minutes and no pick-up, I called again, and was informed that we were at the wrong Holiday Inn and had to walk to another Holiday Inn which was 15 minutes away!!
We eventually got picked up and driven to a dark, unlit 'yard' where our cars had been moved to. No apology was given, and we all had to sign paperwork in the darkness, no idea what was written on it, but by this time my child could barely stand, so I didn't put up a fight.
I finally got into my car and started my journey home at 3.30am.
It completely unacceptable to lie and cheat paying customers like this. Service was atrocious and not what I paid for. Staff attitude was completely nonchalant and unapologetic for their failings.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, and I would advise anyone considering their services to avoid at all costs.

I gave them 1 star because I cant give zero!
Made a booking for 'meet and greet', paid my money, was waiting for them to contact me to be picked up at the terminal - nothing! have reported to the airport.
From reading the website and confirmation email it makes it sound like you meet the driver at the drop off point at the airport however this was not the case.
Phoned the number given when we were 30 minutes from arriving (as instructed on the email) and the man on the phone could not understand what we were saying as he didnt speak english, and seemed to not know what the meet and greet service was and kept telling us to come to the car park.
I parked elsewhere - nearly missed my flight.
I have emailed the company about this and have been ignored.
Terrible service with people who clearly don’t know what they’re doing.
I would avoid this company at all costs.

The parking was originally in an industrial state location nearer the airport where the road was really rocky so it made it very difficult to safely park cars in spaces. There were also no allocated parking so it was very much a free for all! They failed to notify us that we would need to leave our car keys with staff and it did not seem very secure in terms or where they stored the keys (in clear boxes in the office). We also had to wait around 15 mins for the minivan to come around to take us so make sure you leave yourself with plenty of time to get to the airport! To make matters worse, they failed to tell us before booking that they were moving all the cars to another site so it really made us feel uneasy leaving our car knowing that it woild be driven by others. We felt that we were not suitably notified of this change in location. Finally when returning back to Glasgow there was a lack of coordination when the bookings were taken as lots of people were waiting at once and there wasn't enough space. There was three back and forward journeys to the airport before we eventually decided to walk it to the car park. A mistake learned for future. Pay the extra cash for security elsewhere with parking providers!

phones when areived to airport as discussed prior, phone rang out 17 times no answer then had to walk from the airport back to the scot and ride park. When we got there there was no workers there, pressed ring button no one answered, still continuously phoning throughtout the full time. Then waited 20 minutes with no call back or answer on the ring door bell. Eventually the van tirned up that took us to the airport the day before, the van had picked up other people who also had a bad experience. When met with worker no apologies were given, couldnt find car keys, car wasnt ready to be picked up, therefore would not use again wouldnt even give it a star

We arrived after a ling haul flight and there was only 1 whittle bus running for around 30 passengers. When I did eventually arrive they had lost my keys. Amateur hour. Ill never come near this mob again, no wonder they were cheap. AVOID at all costs.

Booked the ‘meet and greet’ service as we had multiple cases and a baby. From reading the website and confirmation email it makes it sound like you meet the driver at the drop off point at the airport however this was not the case. Phoned the number given when we were 30 minutes from arriving (as instructed on the email) and the man on the phone could not understand what we were saying, seemed to not know what the meet and greet service was and kept telling us to come to the car park. After 5-10 minutes discussing this he finally understood and told us to go to the holiday inn express which we did. Keys were given to the man who met us here who then drove off leaving our car at the holiday inn. Since returning home we have now had a parking fine for £100 as our car was left in the holiday inn express car park for 3 and a half hours.
I have emailed the company about this and have been ignored.

So disorganised. One hour wait to get to the airport. Slowest park & ride I’ve ever used. Would not recommend

Close to the airport, so short transfer, and staff were courteous and friendly. Slightly further to walk to pick up/drop off point than other operators, as it's at the Holiday Inn at the rear of the multi-storey car park. But all-in-all a seamless experience. Would definitely use again.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Scot Park. I booked "Park and Ride" through Book FHR specifically because Scot Parks own website indicated I would keep my own keys, but this was completely false. Upon arrival, I was asked to hand over my keys in what can only be described as unorganised chaos, with cars triple-parked and having to be moved constantly to access others.
While I was away in Spain, I discovered via my cars app that it was left unlocked with the driver's window down. Nobody contacted me about this.
When I spoke to the office, they claimed they couldn't start my car, despite having already moved it across the yard, and simply told me "not to worry" while placing a black bin bag over the window.
When I returned, the interior of my brand-new car was covered in bird droppings.
My car was working perfectly before I left, and I suspect their handling of my keys or vehicle caused a loss of connection with the smart key fob.
Additionally, on our return, we had to phone 2 different numbers and had to wait for at least 30 minutes to be collected.
I would strongly advise against using this company and will not be returning.
