The experience was easy from the start. I wasn’t looking to be compensated just use the medical cover to resolve my injury & that was included as part of the process.
The team were clear in their communication & as prompt as they could be.
Lucia was my main contact and she made it easy to understand where we were in the process and where we are now including time lines.
Overall a good experience and one I hope not to replicate but if I did need assistance again I know where I could go to get it.

Our claim took over a year to settle. Throughout the process, every deadline required chasing — I cannot think of a stage where an update didn’t need to be prompted by me after the given date had already passed. This included the final settlement payment, which is now a week overdue. The outcome itself was fine, but the level of chasing required throughout was not what I’d expect from a claims process.

Chiara has been most helpful and professional to deal with. The process was very smooth and I was kept well informed and professionally advised throughout.

Chiara kept me upto date with progress of case between email and calling if anything was more urgent.
I would definitely use her again , well done !
