Terrible

Terrible. £130 to put tape, black tape at that on my white facia? Are you serious? Moved my really heavy concrete birdbath and didn't put it back.

Very disappointed.

I bought Bradstone paving slabs from here and they had only been down for 1 week when the slabs started to fade and discolour,I contacted Scotia and they contacted Bradstone who told me to send in photos which I did, they then told me this is normal and if I threw water on them they would return to their original colour, this was utter nonsense as the water made them look worse,I was then told that the slabs had been laid incorrectly(what that has to do with the slabs fading and discolouring I don't have a clue as the ones that hadn't been laid also faded and discoloured) I said that I was willing to compromise on a refund but was told it was my fault and there's nothing they could do,also the customer service from Scotia wasn't good as I wasn't told there were less than half the slabs available that I ordered, I was left waiting for another week for the rest of the slabs but they didn't arrive,My wife also spoke to the person who deals with customer service and he admitted that we've been treated badly and they and Bradstone will come to a compromise payment on Monday the following week, when I contacted Scotia on Monday the person denied having said that to my wife, I still haven't had an apology from the person responsible, I'm £1000 out of pocket but they don't care, I gave them 3 stars because their other products are cheaper than elsewhere, I bought new slabs from Jewson who's customer service was excellent and when I told them what had happened I recieved all of my slabs the next week, they have all been laid and they look great.
