We would thoroughly recommend Scotia Cabins to anyone who is looking for a garden office or something similar. Caroline and Craig were excellent throughout, helping advise us through the whole process. The workmanship from Rich and Graeme was first-class as well and they were very neat and tidy at our property, we are delighted with how the finished product looks.

We had a garden room installed last month and are extremely happy the entire process from start to finish. Scotia cabins always kept in contact and followed up promptly on any queries we had.

We had some last minute changes during the building process and this was taken onboard and now we have a multi-purpose garden room that looks great and that we enjoy using. We're looking forward to the summer already.

I can't praise the quality of service and product from Scotia highly enough .... everyone involved from sales, admin and installation were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.....
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ...... The quality of our cabin with bar extension is superb !!
We could not be happier and would recommend Scotia to anyone.

Excellent customer service, provided us with a ground sheet the size of the cabins to help us decide on the size as we don’t have a big garden. Bought the 10m cabin and absolutely love it. Erected in a day by two lovely lads who did not stop, plied with coffee and biscuits as it was very cold. Don’t hesitate buy one they are fabulous.

Where do we start…after being let down by another local company regarding delivery time, we contacted Scotia Cabins & spoke to Lynn who was exceptional! From start to finish we were well informed with updates regarding delivery & build. We went to Scotia Cabins to have a look at the BBQ Huts & again Lynn took time with us showing different layouts, our options & even getting to see the materials for the furnishings was great. We met the owners & knew we had made the right decision going with Caroline & their family business. The build team were also fantastic, Rich and the boys were lovely, excellent tradesmen and very particular with their attention to detail. The quality of the cabin is much more substantial than the other company we looked at, as the sides are slightly sloping which makes the cabin much more comfortable.
Overall for us Scotia Cabins ensured we had our BBQ Hut for our special birthday celebrations on time….can’t wait to have many Happy Hours in The Bob Inn!!

First class service … worked with us for timescales and build was done when convenient to us. Nothing was a problem to the team and communication clear and open . A big thanks to Lynne for keeping in contact every step of the way and to Rich for an efficient build . Would highly recommend

Fantastic service from the team at Scotia Cabins, from when we first visited the site to view and choose which cabin we wanted, all the way through to the completion of installation, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The cabin is absolutely fantastic and should give us many years of pleasure. One thing if contemplating getting a cabin, don't just think of it as a BBQ hut but as an extension to your living space, it can be used for so much.

Communication clear and concise from start to finish. The build was conducted without fuss and left the site clear of debris.

I've left it over a month since installation to review the product, a 10m2 BBQ hut, to make sure that there were no nagging issues and anything overlooked in the honeymoon period identified. Time has passed and I'm delighted with the product and with the service from Scotia. My family had been thinking about a BBQ for a couple of years and looked around at various shows and also visited various suppliers, travelling as far as Lancashire to look at them. The cabins from Scotia seemed that bit better made - the panels were much thicker than some competitors. The angle of the outer walls also added a whimsical element - more of a Hobbit Hut or a Hagrid Hut. That's what really sold it for us. It's solid. Ordering was quick and easy and delivery/ installation was completed just 4 weeks later. Couldn't believe how efficient the team were at putting it together. A bit of varnish required to protect it and with electricity installed, 6 weeks have now passed. We've used it constantly, not just for BBQ in the evenings but as a summer house and a study room. Even now, in the colder evenings it's so cosy inside once the fire's going. The weather has changed and it's easily shaken off torrential rain and the winds from Storm Agnes, which saw trees uprooted only metres from it. Absolutely delighted with it. Visitors have commented on how peaceful it is inside. We bought the 10m2 hut, which isn't that much more expensive than the smaller 7m2 hut, but has significantly more room inside and definitely makes a difference. Possibly slightly too big for the garden but that adds to the whimsical feel. Bought the lights package with it and these add to the ambience inside. Highly recommended. We're continuing to use it into the autumn far more than I would have envisaged.

Absolutely love our cabin. The presales service was fantastic - no pressure and incredibly informative and personal. Communication was fantastic and Lynn talked us through every step. The cabin is so well made and the perfect chill out zone and relaxation spot.
Installation was so efficient, and the lads were hard working, professional, accommodating and respectful.
Would definitely recommend. We don’t know why we didn’t buy one sooner!

Professional service, lots of good advice, always happy and willing to answer questions, replies within a good time frame. Phone calls to check everything was going well. A personal touch, you didn't feel like you were just another customer, you did feel important. Installers were fantastic - working flat out in the rain. Quality of the cabin is excellent. Very happy and highly recommended.

Great service and communication throughout process

A very professional and friendly service from Scotia Cabins. We purchased a 10sqm cabin plus extension in late April and the cabin was installed over two days by the end of May. The quality of the workmanship in the cabin and barbecue / fire pit is excellent with the chimney design providing a good draw for any smoke. All in all we are very happy with our new ‘Dog House’!!!

Customer service from the original site visit right through to installation was excellent. We were kept up to date with build and delivery dates, and everything went to plan. Installation team were punctual, polite and helpful. We are very happy with the hut and look forward to using it.

Initially a fantastic service from scotia cabins to erect a bbq hut. Unfortunately 4 years in and the floor has rotten - as it was fitted (by scotia) directly on decking without a frame. Warranty now seems to not cover the floor! Looking for £1800 to rectify a problem which should be covered by warranty.
Communication drying up also. Asked for clarity of the warrant details (including who it’s with - them or the manufacturer, and for a breakdown of their quote to rectify). Been a month and no response!
