Poor Communication and Poor Pay

I wish I could give this "temp agency" 0 stars because this is the most inept education temporary employment agency I have EVER seen. They pay less than every other school district pays their substitute teachers and the consultants are lazy and don't even try to find you roles that fit. You tell them you're only looking for sub teacher roles and they will still call you with after-school programs that pay $100 for the day. Their pay rates are barely above minimum wage. If you actually want to work for somewhere that actually pays well and communicates effectively, then don't go here.
