I really like your courses and site. I feel like the instructor skip vital details when demonstrating the preparation.
They just say you can find the recipe in the book. Please get more michelin star chef courses from different countries. That would be great.

I was very surprised positively.. on the content and quality of the classes. I already passed few courses and i got a lot of useful information and tips. I like very much what are you doing and just hope you’ll continue introducing new courses. The content is clear, attractive and very helpful to me.

I really enjoy it so far! I bought it because I wanted more knowledge and that's exactly what I got! I recommend it for every chef who wants more!

I enjoy the courses, though it would make more sense to me to have the same recipe in one video, not split up between preparation and presentation. There's a good variety of topics to choose from, but I really dislike how AI is being used (which i wasn't aware of when purchasing the subscription) - the synchronisation of voice in English is terrible, I can't listen to it because it sounds like a robot, and the subtitles with the original voice are also automatic, nobody seemed to have checked them properly because it translated nutmeg to walnut and there were other kinds of slips that make it very hard to learn if you don't know the original language - this kind of error can ruin the recipe, so I'd expect at least a human editor to go through the subtitles and correct them.

Can’t find enough time during my week to keep watching and experimenting in my kitchen. I love the chefs I’ve watched so far.
My only feedback is that I would like the videos to play continuously if desired and that settings would carry on also. As an example, I like my videos to play in the original lenguaje and No subtitles, and in some of the courses, I had to keep changing the settings every time the short videos started. Maybe I haven't found the way to configure the overall settings?

Its really good for all the level of chefs and freshers as well. I learned lots of new tequnicks and methods.

I like to learn from your videos, the only think is you have too many modules and it takes a long time to get true the recipes. I also find the music that comes with each module to be a bit loud and a kyung, so I always mute that part. Otherwise the course is great so far.

I asked a question about a piece of equipment. Someone from customer service was kind enough to acknowledge receipt of my email before forgetting about me.
Some videos are in Spanish which makes it impossible to understand. In general the recipes are missing details.

I thought that all the courses and recipes are translated in french...
Many courses are subtitled in french but not all.
Some recipes are translated in french but not a lot.
For the rest its really good... Unfortunately not completely clear for a non good level in English or Spanish

The Company delivered exactly as promised in the Promotional Material

Difficult to follow while listening to a different language, reading sub titles and watching instructions.

I can’t get past the intros and some are in Spanish. I have not been able to watch a single course after multiple attempts.

To be frank it wasn't as I expected:
- Most recipes are too authentic, it should cater to a more diverse, international taste
- There was no indication that the language used is spanish only
- I felt that the variety of the courses offered is a bit limited
