The results so far are good, compared to my previous hip scar which I did not use this product on, my current scar is noticeably flatter and paler. This cream is also very economical at £18.99 which has lasted for 3 months with daily use.

Great customer service. Responded to my email within minutes every time and sent out a replacement parcel when my first one failed to be delivered by their carrier

Customer service, my God.... they are useless. I've place an order and than I realised that the delivery address is my old address set as default by PayPal, contacted them straight away (2 minutes later) and ask them to change it for me. "Yes sure I will ammend that for you, no problem" I was told, just to find out my parcel has been delivered at my old address. My God... very good impression (I want to vomit)

After receiving my parcel really late (which I understand due to COVID) I wanted to return my item.
I knew I wanted to return the item before it arrived due to a change in circumstances, and so sent an email over a week ago as per their returns process online. I have still heard nothing.
After my parcel arrived, there was no return information inside, and I have continued to try and make contact with SOS, and even though I have been successful a few times, no one is helping. I keep getting told sometime will be in touch, or someone will send me an email with instructions, but nothing.
It’s bad enough you have to pay for returns, but I don’t want to send it back to the wrong address and for the item to be lost...it’s too expensive.

Please can someone help me?

Order arrived promptly . Too soon say if the product improves my scar. But hopeful it will.

Have used Solution for Scars on my husband's legs for 3 days & can already see a big difference in the redness .He,s so pleased with the results. It only takes a small amount to cover the area & smoothes into the skin lovely . So glad we found it.

I was amazed at how quickly my purchase arrived, especially as there was no postage charge, which is very rare.
I have bought the scar cream for my son who is suffering from adult acne.
The cream feels lovely, however it is too soon to give feedback on results yet. I'm very hopeful though that this is going to make a big difference to him and help with the healing process and his self esteem.

Good website. Very easy online experience. Excellent delivery. I would really like to have seen the papers evidencing the science behind this product. I have started using it with no reactions, lovely consistency but too early to tell if it will improve the appearance of my surgical scar.

I have only just started using this product, but so far extremely happy. I am using post surgery on my eyes. Really feel it moisturises tightness & so far everyone is amazed at my recovery / healing as only 2 weeks in. Seems like a kind of miracle cream! Takes away irritation & generally calms & soothes skin. Feel really happy with it as also says scientifically proven. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend & also recommended to my best friend for her daughters acne.

It's early days to say how my skin will react. This is the first time I've tried this product and I purchased to try and help my acne scarred face and chest. So far, I can say the cream has definitely calmed down new breakouts on my face, taking the redness and flakiness away, which means my foundation looks better. The texture of my face has improved and feels smoother too. As for my chest, well, the small white shiny scars have been there for years. I always get worked up when the sunny weather arrives as I can't wear revealing/cool clothing as I always cover my chest area. I know this won't be a miracle solution, but hopefully the cream will help in some way.

Very small bottle. After it's finished, there is no improvement to my scars. It didn't stop the itching either.

I have tried this product for 10 days now and have not noticed any benefit my scar is very tight and uncomfortable. I have gone back to using pure silicone and am happy with this, scar is much more flexible. Delivery was 1st class though.
Sorry but it just did not work for me.
