Service never showed up. Company ignored my inquiry about when they would come.

Sure enough. I got scammed. please do not order anything from this website.

I have been watching this site for a bike. Finally decided to purchase the bike. As soon as I ( continued) to pay a donation box appeared. It immediately went to pay pal and that was it. I tried to call the customer service number and no answer. At this point they have done been paid by PayPal and your out your money.
This is a total SCAM. Don't deal with these crooks.
Wish something could be done to take them down!

Schwinnbikes.cc is a complete and utter scam !!! You can only pay through PayPal, who WILL NOT HELP you when you make a claim with them. Many of the bikes on the site are discontinued, "last-year's model" so the low pricing seems to make sense. DO NOT USE THIS SITE !!! And, yes: I wish that I had researched it before I lost my money. BUYER BEWARE !!!

Very low prices and the payment method is a donation portal. Definitely a scam.

Please go to ic3.gov (internet compliance center) to file a complaint with the FBI!
I went to purchase a bike from this website, when the bike was in my cart, noticed a few red flags. The total of the purchase did not include any sales tax and "Donorbox" window pops up for payment. A company would not take payments via a donation website. Donorbox is a legit site so anyone who doesn't know any better wouldn't notice or if they did look it up, think its okay. They also have 2 other scam sites for Huffy and Mongoose, probably for the other brands listed on the Schwinnbike.cc site...
I filed a complaint with the FBI's Internet Compliance Center, ic3.gov
Scammers will continue until the government comes after them.

To make this completely understandable, the website:
schwinnbikes.cc is a scam. When I made my selection and clicked on purchase, a donnorbox popped up and the money was sent to an individual as a donation. Yikes. PayPal claims that their user agreement doesn't give you recourse when you make a donation. As others have found out, the money is gone, likely to some person or entity in a foreign country and yet PayPal is still doing business with them. My next step is to try to get a refund through my credit card stored on PayPal. Wish me and all the rest of you luck in getting a refund.

I had a hard time believing the Schwinn was selling Walmart bikes for far less than it, but the site looked legit. Went to pay via PayPal but thank God I saw it was going to Donor box, and did not proceed and did a search (which I usually do first) and saw reports as seen here. Yet Schwinn has shipping info and email. Hope that is not going to be abused.

I tried to report it to PayPal, and I then went to my acct, and had the following "conversation:"

I choose to go to call PP, only to be met with non-applicable options, and saying "agent" meant being told offices were closed, at about 9PM PM EST.

Update: I did get a response from PP which stated:
We appreciate you for bringing his to our attention regarding to this seller that you are reporting we will make sure to monitor this seller account and once we detected that they are comitting fraud on their account we will place a permanent restriction on their account so they can no longer use as their payment processor.

Thank God for that much.

I just checked another email address of mine and found that I also received a reply from the donor site that PP was going to send the Schwinn payment to:

This site is fraudulent and Pay Pal is complicit in sponsoring it as a legitimate seller. The site appears to be an authorized seller of Schwinn Bicycles however when making the purchase through Pay Pal the transaction is listed as a donation to someone in Romania. Your order continues to be listed on the website as pending. Why Schwinn Bicycles allows this site to exist is also in question.

SCAM- I wish i had read this before may 11th when i ordered a bike from this company! After sending 4 emails, and daily calls to this company and not receiving an answer, i decided to google them and sure enough found this report! Contacted paypal and requested a refund! waiting to get my money back! shame on them! i hope paypal stop sponsoring this fraudulent company!

Scam! No confirmation sent! When I called their phone number, they hung up. Address is to an old house, not a store or factory.

ON MARCH 27, 2022 I ORDERED A BIKE FROM schwinnbikes . cc BELIEVING IT TO BE THE LEGITIMATE BIKE MANUFACTURER "SCHWINN BIKES".
I NEVER RECEIVED THE BIKE, AND I REALIZED THAT I ALSO NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, SO I WENT BACK TO THE WEBSITE WHERE I PLACED MY ORDER TO CONTACT THE SELLER.
HOWEVER, THE GMAIL EMAIL ADDRESS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE WAS NOT VALID (MY EMAIL WAS RETURNED), THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THE WEBSITE (+1-415-210-4595) IS "NOT IN SERVICE", AND THE ADDRESS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE ( 937 N Regatta Drive, Vallejo, CA, United States-94591) IS FOR A RESIDENTIAL HOME.

WHEN I RESEARCHED "schwinnbikes.cc", I FOUND SEVERAL REPORTS OF FRAUDULENT AND SCAMMING ACTIVITIES OF THE SAME MANNER.

THE OPERATOR OF schwinnbikes.cc OBVIOUSLY AND WILLFULLY DUPLICATED THE LEGITIMATE WEBSITE TO FRAUD UNSUSPECTING CONSUMERS (NOTE, THE COPIED LOGO AND SITE DESIGN).

FURTHERMORE, PAYPAL IS PROPELLING (AND PROFITING OFF OF) THE THEFT OF schwinnbikes.cc AS PAYPAL CONTINUES TO ALLOW THIS SITE TO USE THE PAYPAL MEDIUM TO ACCEPT FRAUDULENT PAYMENTS, DESPITE A NUMBER OF PUBLIC REPORTS CITING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS TO PAYPAL REGARDING THIS SITE/VENDOR AND ITS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AND THEFT.

I USED PAYPAL WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE, AND CURRENTLY THE SITE IS STILL OFFERING PAYPAL TRANSACTIONS AS PAYMENTS.

I ordered a bike in December realized this could be a scam because I looked up the address and it turned out to be a run down house. I called the number to which no one picked up. I have been tracking my order and I will update as to if I receive my Bike or not. Either way I have contacted PayPal and my bank who are willing to refund me but I will update as to whether my bike will arrive. Tracking info says it has now arrived in LA.

"Schwinnbikes.cc" is a scam! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!! Why are they still there?!? Why have they not been shut down?!? God will punish thieves, and those who take advantage of others!!!
*** And, BTW ***.... PAYPAL is finally under federal investigation (as they have been in the past!), by the SEC, and the CFPB this time (and hopefully more to come, ie, federal charges and/or class action suits, etc!), for fraudulent activity/reporting, and robbing many people of many thousands of $s!!! Would sure be nice to finally see these GIANT thieves taken down!!!

Ordered a kids Schwinn mountain bike for $119 at savings of 40%. They said it would ship within 48 hours but after 4 days no shipping info. The website looks legit but I am worried I will never get the bike. Fortunately I paid with PayPal so I can get my money back if it is a scam. I will update this review at a later date if i get the bike or a refund.
