Overall ridiculous
Ordered on 15 August. Should be plenty of time before school starts back, right? 15 days delivery expected. I could live with that. 15 September it was dispatched. Arrived on 18 September. And left on the doorstep for who knows how long in the rain (not Schools Trends fault, but cherry on the cake).
Quite apart from that - the sizing is ridiculous! Unlike any other clothing supplier anywhere. They come up extremely small for the actual ages. My barely 8 year old is in the 9 - 10 year old size, which is the same size as the old suppliers '6 - 7 year old'. I don't understand why the school has changed to this supplier, but I really wish they had stayed with the old one.

School Trends were great! They kept me informed about my order, and when I requested a delay for delivery (as away on holiday), it was facilitated with no issues.
Also, when a problem occurred with the courier service, the team were quick to help.

Having used School Trends previously and being impressed by the products and service, I placed a further order to replace my daughters school uniform. I did have a few issues with the website but this was quickly resolved by the customer service team. The uniform was delivered on time and the products are to the usual high standard I expect from this company. As usual, I left it a bit late to order school uniform this year and called School Trends to check on current delivery times. I was told it would take around 15 days, but since I’m local, I could collect it myself. The person I spoke to must have made a note of my order, because today I got a knock at the door—and to my surprise, it was hand-delivered! A huge thank you to the team member who kindly dropped it off on her way home. It’s the little gestures like this that truly make a difference.

DO NOT USE!!
Would have been 35+ days before I get my order. My children have already started school. Still waiting for it. Was told they was due for a delivery last week and now told it could be a further 2 weeks before I get my delivery.
Asked for refund and will never use again. Will definitely go to loop wear from now on. Parents avoid at all cost. My children are so upset to be wearing different uniform to there friends due to there mistake. Told 15 days! 35+ days is not 15 days!

Ordered uniform almost 4 weeks ago. Was told to expect this delivery to take 15 days. No show. No responses to emails either.
I understand this time of year may be exceptionally busy, however in 2025 you do not expect to be chasing orders, or for the common decency for customer services to answer an email. Not even a canned response acknowledging it has been received.
I wish I had read the reviews and avoided this company.
Failure to provide any kind of update will leave me no choice but to raise a chargeback with my bank, and then contact trading standards and use the consumer rights act 2015, to take this even further.

Room for improvement
I placed my order early to avoid disappointment and was pleased to receive a small discount. However, I was disappointed to miss out on free delivery and had to add more items just to qualify. Shortly after placing my order, I noticed additional discounts being advertised, which felt misleading and more like a marketing tactic than genuine value. This left me unimpressed with the experience.
In addition, I would like to raise a concern about the quality of the school bags. As these must carry the school logo, I have no choice but to order them from you as the school’s preferred supplier. Unfortunately, the internal lining of the bags is very poor quality – it wears away quickly and leaves bits all over clothing and around the house when emptied. I strongly suggest reviewing and improving the durability of the materials used, as families are relying on these products for daily use.

We received ONE item from the order 8th August.
We received a card through our letterbox saying our parcel was at ‘our nearest depot’. Which was in Bristol. We live in Wiltshire.
I was assured by a customer service advisor that re delivery to our house was scheduled for the next day. This did not happen.
It would have been better to send all the items in one delivery. And it would have been appreciated if our purchases were able to be collected from a local depot and not returned to a city we don’t live anywhere near.
Avoid using this company at all costs.
