Registration and payment online quick and simple. Excellent communication and friendly contact.
When I signaled a problem with the new discount code on payment site via Messenger, reply was quick, with assurance that the bug was being dealt with. Informed via Messenger as soon as bug was fixed, with explanation and apologies. Deadline for using discount code extended to take into account the bug.
