Well I just would like to give my true opinion of this company.I came across the merchandise that I ordered through a website.Everything looked good and then I decided to order from this website Schmid Mode Salzburg.After receiving the merchandise it was 3 sizes too small,so I requested to return the merchandise and was told that I would have to return the merchandise to their warehouse located in China and would have to pay for the postage.Well I did that thinking that I would be refunded but no after 4 months the merchandise that I returned for a refund was returned back to my home address also having to pay 10 euros for the returned item that was refused by the warehouse in China.I have waited all this time for nothing,thinking that this problem would be solved.So I just would like to warn anyone who is thinking about ordering anything from the Schmid Mode Salzburg outlet.This outlet is not what it looks like so please don't get disappointed like I was.People work hard for their money not to just give it away because of a clothing company does not have their shit together and only want to cheat honest working people who have trusted them.

I purchased a pair of trousers which, when they arrived look nothing like those in the advert, of very poor quality fabric and the stitching is rubbish.
When I asked to return them I was told I would have to pay for the shipping back to China. Had it been made clear in the advert that I was buying from China and that the returns policy was as such, I would not have made this purchase.
The company had the cheek to offer me 15% of the purchase price as a refund, and look forward to my positive review!!!

Even though it looks like a German webshop, products come from China. Quality is quite poor for the price. If you want to return the product, you have to pay to send it back to China, which is not clear at all when you order. Really bad experience!
