I was never able to get the app to work
I was never able to get the app to work. The support team continued to complain that i use Wordfence and have Cache enabled on my website. Which is two of the most common parts of any proper WordPress configuration.
Support was useless in attempting to resolve or even help me troubleshoot the issue. No guidance whats so ever.
Instead on 4 replies "I can not help you more about this."
Since I cannot even use the app and they refused to help troubleshoot, I asked for a refund.
Instead of being gracious and refunding my purchase.
This is the reply I got from support.
"You just a scammer and you're not able to understand basic concepts like this. You just a scammer and you're not able to understand basic concepts like this. It's like if you buy a car, then you tune it in any way you want, then the car has some problem because you customized and you pretend the brand the manufactured the car must fix the car you tuned for free. You're very smart. Fortunately only a very small percentage of users is smart like you."
Extremely unprofessional and insulting.
I have been an Envato customer for 11 years. I have purchased hundreds of apps, themes and plugins. I have never once asked for a refund. Even for apps which i was unhappy with.
The support is absolutely useless and rude.
