The best experience in a sporting goods store EVER. I’ve worked in corporate retail for 20 years, and this is BY FAR the best looking, well-stocked, and engaging store I’ve ever been in. The assortment is amazing. The prices are reasonable. And the employees are so engaged into their jobs and putting the customers first, it’s almost infectious. I walked out in such a good mood because of how well I was treated. 874/10 would recommend.

Sales gal informed me about applying for credit card - no pressure, but it had enough incentive for me to sign up and get a bag I really loved. Normally, I pass on all in-store credit cards. Both she and the gal who processed my application were excellent at what they do.

My wife and I visited the store in Eden Prairie, MN. What’s great group of team members you have at this location. Everyone was super helpful. I was looking for a comfortable dress shoe for work and after trying on about 6 different pairs landed on some Cole Haan shoes the employee recommended. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Great experience!

Honestly, it’s my first time coming to the store and actually I purchased 12 ga Winchester The guy that took my ID asked me what did I want it for and who was I buying it for which is super uncomfortable unprofessionally maybe because I was Mexican. He treated me that way he

A great shopping experience today at Scheels with friendly knowledgeable staff, a plethora of fishing products, all ending with (I believe her name was) Billie Jo. Billie Jo was friendly and funny...just a nice way to end a great experience.
The salemen allowed me to look without hovering over me, but were quick to assist anytime I had a question and checking out when I decided what I wanted to buy was quick and painless.

I was shopping over at a few competitors stores looking for a stationary bike. Unfortunately I didn't find any good service in those stores! So I called over to scheels and got ahold of a guy named Mark (#114441) he helped me all the way through the whole service from explaining how the bike worked to signing me up for a credit card! I ended up saving money with a discount and the new credit card! He went above and beyond to help me out unlike other store employees! He's what more stores need. A employee who cares!

There are always plenty of employees so there is never a wait to get help or check out.

I was extremely disappointed by the unwelcoming staff in the store. I visited the store looking for youth shoes and ankle support socks for sports for my daughter. I don't visit your store often, so I went to 2 different parts of your store (mens shoes, women's shoes) trying to find youth shoes and no one asked if I needed help despite standing next to 2 associates who were talking to eachother!!! I had to walk to another section of the store to ask another associate for directions. The youth shoes section only had 1 associate who was friendly but overwhelmed with 4 families needing help! After shopping in the shoe section, I asked how to find ankle braces and he pointed me upstairs. When I got upstairs, I asked someone else where to go and he pointed me to the sports section but admitted he didn't know about the other sections-only his! I was looking at ankle braces by myself and 3 kids for 30 mins, was passed by 3 associates and AGAIN was not asked if I needed help.
We were at the EP location on a Tuesday from 1-2:30pm. It was not rush hour by any means! I was highly disappointed by the staff here and felt very unwelcome. My kids were well behaved, stayed right beside me the entire time, were not whining or causing a disturbance but especially in the shoe sections- it felt as if we were not worth the associates time or money (if they work on commission). We felt very judged.
The only redeeming factor was the youth shoes associate who was kind but overworked.

I order 3 gourmet fish brine kits and 3 Atlantic salmon brine kits. The gourmet kid arrived weeks ago but not the Atlantic salmon kits. They initially agreed to resend the salmon kits but never did. They ignore all further enquiries from me. Very disappointing and I recommend you use caution dealing here

ABBY | Customer Experience Specialist is wonderful! I made an error when placing my order with the delivery details. I contacted customer services and Abby was super responsive correcting the issue (a few times, my bad!!!). The sneakers arrived in perfect co during and on time. Highly recommended.
