Scent reach did not infect reach me because I never got my order

I’ve ordered 2 times from this website. First time everything went smoothly and my package came super quickly but a year later when I ordered I had to wait 2 weeks for my order just to be processed even though I live in the same country where they are based?? Good company, product quality is top notch, but plan on long delivery times when ordering, especially around holidays.

Disaster support service. Made an order 3 weeks ago and the order haven't even been dispatched. Tried contacting ScentReach over support email and socials and got no reply.

It took a long time to arrive and the provider doesn't answer my messages.

Honestly. I wouldn’t recommend the company at all, horrible customer service as no email responses were ever sent to any of my questions, no tracking was provided even though the package had tracking numbers on it, and it took well over a month to arrive despite having even paid for priority delivery which was expected between 4-6 days. Samples were also not closed properly, and I even had one fully leak

Good product. Beware- there is no communication. They do not respond, even in German. I paid for fast shipping- it had to clear customs and took 3 weeks to get here, so don't waste your money.

It took a entire month to get my order and when i it mostly all the bottles were empty so the packaging was terrible cuz all my fragrances spilt off of ur guys doing

there was no 0 stars so 1s good enough but a while ago i brough a few high end testers and none showed up then they send it back and want me to pay for the shipping again and still got no cologne would definitely avoid

Took over a month to ship

Took 6 weeks to ship and one of the samples wasn’t 1ml, it was more like .7

I purchased the Louis Vuitton 3ml Travel-Size set as a Christmas gift and upon receiving it did not look like the picture on the site so I initiated a return on Dec 30. The response was extremely slow and after multiple interactions I was asked to pay for the return shipping which I did immediately on March 3. It is now April 2 and I have yet to receive the label. It takes over a week to get any sort of reply. I’ve been extremely patient but at this point I have no confidence that I’ll actually get reimbursed if I send it back. Save your time/hassle and shop somewhere else!!!

It took way too long to get. They are not full and way too tiny of a bottle.

Shipping took longer than what was promised in the tracking update and very very slow customer support.

Delivery takes too long and tracking is not that great too, rest all good.

Didn't receive my product
I ordered 1ml of jpg le male le parfum, le male elixir , le beau edp and swy intensely. They said they would deliver it by 12 days, but it's been A MONTH and I've still not receive my order, I also sent an email to them about the late order and they haven't replied to it yet. In my opinion DO NOT buy from here .
