Great idea for you to try out new fragrances without committing to the cost of a full size bottle. Genuine perfumes and some of them are the really expensive ones but the price is the same every month regardless of which scent you choose, or you could let them choose for you, I have two subscriptions, one is the fragrance expert’s choice and one I choose myself and this works great for me

Scent & Co is such a great idea, and such a handy service. I am in the market for a new aftershave/fragrance, but the cost of some of the bottles can be very very expensive. And it's very hard to justify spending £100 on something you havent really tried before.

So I decided to give Scent & Co a go, and see if I could find my signature scent. I placed my first order for one bottle a month, and immediately had some questions. The support team was so helpful and friendly, and solved any concerns I had straight away. I opted for a "surprise" scent for my first month, with very little hope that I would get something I liked.

The first bottle I got was amazing. The bottle itself is stylish, and the chosen scent was Green Irish Tweed by Creed. I had never heard of this scent before, but I knew of Creed as one of the best fragrance companies out there. The scent is fantastic, and matches my style well already! I was very pleasently surprised, and wear it every day. What's more impressive is that Creed bottles can cost £200+, and I got to try it for £15!

I immediately placed another order for three more bottles, this time with scents I have always wanted to try. The selection of fragrances for men is very good, and I assume it will continue to grow over time. I wish they had some Dior scents to try, but that is a very minor concern!

Overall, the experience is great. Lovely package, fantastic product, great selection of fragrances, incredibly helpful support and all at a really reasonable price. I will definitely use again.

Great products. Love the monthly subscription. Girlfriend really unsure about what perfumes she likes or what stays on her the best so this is perfect so she can try them out. Bottle sizes are great and last the month. I bought it for her as an anniversary gift and she loves it.

This is a very good way of trying out more expensive scents and either seeing if you like them or spreading the cost of them out whilst keeping them fresh at the same time.

Be wary this company auto renews subscription but make it difficult to cancel and refuses to refund money

Love the product, hate the service

When things are going well, this is a great product.

A different scent each month, good range and some top quality scents

But their customer services is apalling

First, I wanted to buy an extra scent holder but took two weeks for a
simple *you can find it on the website" reply....like I hadn't thought of that!!

Another week and I got the answer.

More recently, I bought a 3 month gift subscription for my wife but on entering the code, it took it but then said no subscription was available. Code is not accepted anymore and its been a week since I contacted them with no response

Just very poor service.

Sort that out and its a great product but until then, I'm thinking of cancelling completely

All perfumes are good and prices very low when compare to others, Thank you!

If you purchase a gift subscription for someone, the recipient will have to add their payment details and will be automatically charged for a renewal of the subscription unless they cancel. There is no easy option to cancel on the website (you have to email), they give you no warning before renewing and offer no refund once payment is taken. This is despite the fact they take payment on 1st of the month, and don't start sending scents out over two weeks after that date.

Caveat emptor.

really good value, prompt and lovely perfumes

Scent & Co is very convenient, that is right up until you cancel! As per the instructions on their website, I sent the required email, with the required subject to the required address... however it would seem that to prevent being automatically rebilled you must supply a reason for cancellation. Not only is this completely illegal in the UK, it’s also extremely unscrupulous. The majority of online subscriptions terminate automatically on request, Scent & Co just continue to bill you after you’ve made your decision, thinking they have the right to hold you to ransom by forcing you to provide information to feed their market research.

Anyone who says they have used this service and got a good customer service must be lying. I have sent loads of e-mails and not one response.

I have had to ask paypal to step in and get my money back.

I do not believe any of the reviews on here that say they have had a good experience.

I signed up and my wife signed up and neither of us have had a good experience, or missing items.

This person is proactively trying to get negative reviews of this company down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is the 2nd attempt at trying to get the review removed. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and this review will stay up as a matter of warning to other people who want to subscribe.

Having bought the original perfumes, there are 100% genuine and would highly recommend them for the price you get

A shambles ... Never sent me any fragrance ... Claimed it was out of stock and had messaged me but didn't ! Awaiting a refund for 2 payments and they are still ignoring me. Have had to get PayPal involved and guess what .. still no reply. The guy Alex who probably owns the store is a Joke, customer service is clearly not his thing. Strongly advise that you avoid this company ! Perhaps I may get a message back now I've reviewed ? Pfft.
