you can trust this site but it does have minor setbacks
i bought the wrong key and they not only wanted to give me a refund they also helped me install the right version of windows to make the key useful but the people at their customer support had really broken english and it was hard to communicate

No refund
I had one positive experience but the second one went bad and they ignored the issues. They were supposed to give a refund but they say that I used the product and will not refund. I never used it, key did not work!
