Always prompt delivery and order has always been correct. Well packed, and on one occasion when a powdered glaze bag split in transit they replaced it immediately.

Good but not perfect

Scarvas website is by far the easiest to navigate and shop from compared to all other uk pottery suppliers. My order was delivered within days. I would have given 5 stars but there’s no Chun Blue since ages and they don’t ever answer the phone .

Fantastic service!

Scarva was quick to respond via email when I had questions about a specific pottery wheel before buying. I was able to collect it almost immediately from the warehouse. The collection process was straightforward.
