Happy with the scarf, but disappointed that the background was ivory and not closer to white as it appeared in the pic. Also took way too long to ship to me. Just got it this past weekend after at least a week of your asking me to rate it. I couldn’t even get into the website to see where it was.

Never received the scarf I ordered more than 2 months ago. Where is it, you took my money, but didn't deliver, unless it was delivered Monday Sept 11th or Tuesday, Sept 12th of this week. I kept getting notes that it was on the way, but more and more weeks past and still no scarf. Was so looking for to having it early Sept. Please send it or refund my payment. I am traveling, but have a house sitter who can receive it on my behalf. When I return, I should be able to find date of charge to my credit card, but would much rather receeive the scarf I ordered.

Things seem confusing right now
It appears that Scarflings is going through some online changes that have affected your deliveries and your communications in a timely fashion. I did receive one of two scarves I ordered and still awaiting some sort of confirmation that the second scarf is either not coming or a substitute scarf I indicated is being sent. I am hoping for the best in the way of reorganization with a company that I hold in high regard.

I did not receive the wool scarf I ordered. I received two silk scarves instead, neither of which is suited to my style. I tried to email Scarflings but did not receive a reply. I’ve had many great experiences before so I’m not sure what happened.

Never received the scarves. I tried calling and there is no answer - tried emailing and got no answer. Don't even know if the company exists. Called my credit card to intervene. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! BEWARE

Unique product.
I absolutely love the colours, styles and patterns. Such a beautiful product. The creativity behind this is lovely, as is the service. In total I have bought 9, 6 of which I have kept for myself and 3 I have gifted to admirers of mine 😁.

I wrote a review when I received my scarf. I was very disappointed. I have ordered scarves from scarflings in the past. This scarf arrived, crumpled in a cellophane bag and another plastic bag from China. The quality is not the same, and I was very disappointed. The price, however, does not reflect the lower standard. I will no longer be placing orders with scarfing.

I’ve ordered several scarves in the past from Scarflings but my last one, placed on May 12th for a trip to Italy has still not arrived. I don’t want it anymore.
I’ve emailed several times, called customer service (could only leave a voicemail and now the number isn’t even in service) and I’ve tried the chat option (says my order is in fulfillment) via their website. Absolutely no response. It seems the company is going out of business and I just want a refund!! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered - and I do 99% of my purchases online.
