I ordered a scarf and told it was being organised to be sent then told it wasn’t available and I had to choose another one then told the original one was available. I finally received it way past the birthday date I wanted it for.
I was disappointed in the service.

I love the wool scarves. This is my third one. Beautiful colors and so soft.

I love the scarves and have ordered more than once. This last time, I ordered six but only received four and am frustrated seeking a response and remedy.

I have ordered mini scars from your company before and that I have a problem, but this was a completely different color

I received my Scarflings Indigo scarf this week and I am impressed with the quality of the fabric, the striking abstract design, and the versatility of this addition to my wardrobe. The staff have offered helpful advice and assistance at every stage of the order, from selection and purchase to delivery.

I bought 2 scarves but I got only one! No reply to my emails and no refunds! I am very disappointed.

It took a long time to get to my home. So slow!

Happy with the scarf, but disappointed that the background was ivory and not closer to white as it appeared in the pic. Also took way too long to ship to me. Just got it this past weekend after at least a week of your asking me to rate it. I couldn’t even get into the website to see where it was.

Never received the scarf I ordered more than 2 months ago. Where is it, you took my money, but didn't deliver, unless it was delivered Monday Sept 11th or Tuesday, Sept 12th of this week. I kept getting notes that it was on the way, but more and more weeks past and still no scarf. Was so looking for to having it early Sept. Please send it or refund my payment. I am traveling, but have a house sitter who can receive it on my behalf. When I return, I should be able to find date of charge to my credit card, but would much rather receeive the scarf I ordered.

It appears that Scarflings is going through some online changes that have affected your deliveries and your communications in a timely fashion. I did receive one of two scarves I ordered and still awaiting some sort of confirmation that the second scarf is either not coming or a substitute scarf I indicated is being sent. I am hoping for the best in the way of reorganization with a company that I hold in high regard.

I can’t give you a rating because Ihave never received the scarf. I am, understandably very upset.

I did not receive the wool scarf I ordered. I received two silk scarves instead, neither of which is suited to my style. I tried to email Scarflings but did not receive a reply. I’ve had many great experiences before so I’m not sure what happened.

Item did not arrive. No follow up.

Never received the scarves. I tried calling and there is no answer - tried emailing and got no answer. Don't even know if the company exists. Called my credit card to intervene. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! BEWARE
I gave it one star because there is no place to give it NO STARS. This is a sham company!!!

I absolutely love the colours, styles and patterns. Such a beautiful product. The creativity behind this is lovely, as is the service. In total I have bought 9, 6 of which I have kept for myself and 3 I have gifted to admirers of mine 😁.

I wrote a review when I received my scarf. I was very disappointed. I have ordered scarves from scarflings in the past. This scarf arrived, crumpled in a cellophane bag and another plastic bag from China. The quality is not the same, and I was very disappointed. The price, however, does not reflect the lower standard. I will no longer be placing orders with scarfing.

I’ve ordered several scarves in the past from Scarflings but my last one, placed on May 12th for a trip to Italy has still not arrived. I don’t want it anymore.

I’ve emailed several times, called customer service (could only leave a voicemail and now the number isn’t even in service) and I’ve tried the chat option (says my order is in fulfillment) via their website. Absolutely no response. It seems the company is going out of business and I just want a refund!! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered - and I do 99% of my purchases online.
