Sadly the item I purchased as a gift has still not been delivered. There is no easy way to communicate with this company who are hiding behind the veil of a chatbot and email communication only. Sadly it is the gift recipient who is most disappointed, going without the birthday gift they asked for. Come on Scandivv surely you know you live and die by reputation of customer service - where is yours?

Such a great company full of beautiful designs and I love the story of how it all started which is quite impressive to me and inspiring. Plus I love how good it looks, will definitely be wanting to buy more!

I had a small delay with my order (which wasn’t Scandivv’s fault), and throughout the whole process, the team was incredibly supportive and kind. Their customer service is truly outstanding. I felt genuinely cared for!
As for the jewelry! It’s absolutely gorgeous! Every single piece I received is beautiful, high quality, and exactly what I hoped for. I honestly love everything I bought. I can recommend Scandivv 100%, both for their stunning products and their amazing team. I’ll definitely be ordering again! 💖

Their pieces is made of such good quality, it feels sturdy, doesn't turn green and its a one of a kind unique! I'd also like to mention the customer service is so amazing, everyone is very kind, respectful and so very helpful if you got any questions ❤️

Even if I waited for 9 days for my pieces to arrive, it was totally worth the wait! The products are worthy and make my outfits look complete.

The necklaces are durable, waterproof and affordable, what more can you ask for?. Scandivv’s pieces are gorgeous and the delivery is fast and the packaging is the cutest! Recommend to anybody looking for a cute gold look!. 10/10 jewellery.

I ordered 4 pieces and all of them are perfect and elevate every outfit, they’re really good quality and packaged lovely.

Extremt besviken på Scandivv. Bokstavshalsbandet jag fick i julklapp tappade färg efter bara några månader, och kundtjänst tog inget ansvar. De skyllde på en “3-månaders garanti” som inte nämns i deras returpolicy och erbjöd 58 kr i tillgodokod – inte ens nog för frakten för ett nytt halsband. Varför skulle man vilja beställa från er igen när produkten ändå inte håller? Vänd er hellre till ett företag som står för sin kvalitet och bryr sig om sina kunder än att riskera ännu mer pengar för ett halsband som inte går att använda inom de närmsta 4-5 månaderna. Jag kommer aldrig handla här igen.

Det är tydligt att de bara är ute efter pengar, inte förtroende.

Extremely disappointed with Scandivv. The initial necklace I received as a Christmas gift started losing its color after just a few months, and customer service took no real responsibility. They blamed a so-called “3-month warranty” that isn’t mentioned anywhere in their return policy and offered me 58 SEK in store credit — not even enough to cover the shipping cost for a new necklace.

Why would anyone want to order from you again when the product doesn’t even last? Go with a company that stands behind its quality and actually cares about its customers, instead of risking more money on a necklace that might be unwearable within 4–5 months.

I’ll never shop here again. It’s clear they care more about profit than customer trust.

One of my necklaces didn’t arrive, but I reached out to the customer service team and spoke to Julia, who was absolutely lovely. She was so kind and helpful, and sorted out a refund for me with no problem at all. Really appreciate how easy and friendly the whole process was — amazing customer service!

I bought the Renee Ring and the Vie Initial Necklace - super happy with how they look and the material feels super sturdy. I can’t comment as to their durability yet as I haven’t had them long, but they look fab and I’m very happy with them so far!

The whole company is amazing. The quality of the pieces the packaging the notes the follow up the emails. It makes you feel like family and like you never wanna buy jewelry anywhere else 10 out of 10.
