OK good points first
Looks good and has worked without issue now for almost a month. Price is reasonable compared to others on the market. Holds its charge well and easy to recharge. Portable. Oil choice is varied and even after using every day for several hours the level in the bottle has hardly moved. I ordered the bundle of five oils so assume this will last longer than maybe the diffuser itself!
On the down side I have to agree with others who have said it is a bit noisy - not like a drill or anything that intrusive, but you can most definitely hear it coming on when in another room with a door open for example. A bit like a fridge kicking in - or a cat purr! Have to say I have become used to it but it may annoy you if you are trying to get to sleep and particularly susceptible to sounds. The main issue for me is that the scent doesn't last. As soon as it goes off I find the scent disappears. For example I had it on in the lounge for ages then went for a walk with the dog for half an hour. It was on when I left and off when I came back and I couldn't smell anything. Have knocked a star off for this. The oil was ocean breeze - whether a different oil would have lingered longer I've yet to find out. You definitely get the scent when its on though. Hope this review helps you in your choice

Love these diffusers and the scents I have tried so far are great. Excellent customer service, prompt and helpful when I had a query, resolved to a high standard.

I had a problem with my diffuser and following a couple of emails the problem was resolved, customer service is second to none, replied to my emails within their stated times and problem resolved, efficient and happy to help.
Their oils smell are amazing, the scent travels throughout the house.
I would 100% recommend using this company

I have 2 diffusers and both worked great but then one stopped working. I contacted the company and they couldn't have been more helpful. I was given information on how to deal with the problem but sadly nothing worked and instead they issued me with a replacement,which I am so happy with. Their service is excellent, friendly and quick to reply to email enquiries. I love my diffusers and the oils they sell. Will be back for another for our campervan.

I love the scents! Bought all different ones so still deciding on favourites. They are quite strong so by leaving room door open, they reach other areas of the house. Perfect!

Soooo disappointed. Noisy, didn’t smell as good as a cheap manual and when I sent it back, I received a response stating I would receive a refund within days… never happened. I emailed the company 3 times regarding lack of refund and received no reply. I had to receive assistance from the bank weeks later in order to eventually receive my refund!

Then, I was only issued a partial refund; minus £10 for having tried 1 of the diffusers. Everything was returned in fantastic condition. Utterly disappointing!

I originally order two diffusers back in May and loved them! I then had a problem with one as it just wasn't working at all. I contacted James and after his technical assistance couldn't fix the issue a replacement was sent out.
James was an absolute star, and I will be making further purchases as I love the little diffuser!

I received my diffuser, did as instructions said but a part of the diffuser didn't work. I contacted scandiscents about the issue and they responded very quickly and sent out a new diffuser promptly and i didn't have to send the first one back. When I started using this diffuser, I couldn't believe how quickly it filled the whole room, in love with it, the plus side of this diffuser with it being rechargeable, you can put it anywhere you want and the sandalwood scent is lovely and strong.

I bought my first diffuser last month but it only worked a few times, it was fully charged and when switched on absolutely nothing. I emailed Scandiscents explaining what the problem was and they responded quickly. They sent a replacement within a few days and I didn't need to return the old one. I'm pleased to say it works perfectly and the love the fragrances. Will be buying some more for Christmas presents.
"Update" 27-07-2025
So the replacement I got did work for a few weeks and I didn't use it every day and now it doesn't work. It's fully charged and nothing is happening, really disappointed with this product which is a shame as it gave out a lovely fragrance and was going to buy some for Christmas presents but I think I'll give it a miss and not waste any more money.

In my last order I bought one of the bundles. Some I love more than others, so I would like to be able to buy one or two of them again but not so much the others. Unfortunately they don’t seem to sell the ones I like best as a single one.
I also loved the Amalfi one but it always seems to be sold out.
After saying this though I absolutely love my scandiscents.

I’ve had this for a few months now it leaks there’s no mist now you can’t smell anything it was expensive and I thought I’d treat myself I’m sorry I did it sits there doing nothing no stars from me

So far Love my halo diffuser. Looks good quality. It’s a little noisier than I thought it would be but it’s fine. Great aroma which fills our large living room really well. Mine was delivered without a charging cable in the box, however I contacted customer service and a cable was delivered very promptly.

I gave the scent I brought 4 because I did not choose the scent I like however, it is full and lasting.

I bought this item as a gift for my friends 50th and in the end bought myself one too I previously did my homework and you guys came up on top for value/quality and service thankyou my friend is going to love it

This small company have been outstanding in their customer care. I had a problem with the diffuser when it arrived and after contacting the team they sorted the problem out immediately and I was kept informed by regular texts. I love the diffuser and was concerned the small unit would not be powerful enough for my large room but it works really well. Thank you to all the team

Brilliant company. Ordered three fragrances on an offer and they did not disappoint. All smelt as good as the fragrance they were inspired by and all at a fantastic fraction of the price cost. Delivered really quickly too. Highly recommended.

I am a very recent customer and I purchased the special offer of 3 diffusers with oils. Having just set them all up and distributed them around my house, I am now a very happy, recent customer! I watched the video on how to unpack and set up the diffusers; it was really clear and helpful. I really like the options to adjust the timing of the mist and there is also peace of mind that the diffusers automatically switch themselves off after a certain time, so no worries about me forgetting to switch them off. An added (important) bonus, is that you don't need to plug them in; once charged, you can put them anywhere! I will update on how long the charge lasts on the diffusers and also the various perfumes, over the next week or so. My next job - investigate all the available oils and, of course, any special offers.

Absolute brilliant idea and products..love it and the scents. However, the oil is leaking out of the bottom of the diffuser. I have emailed but no response which has disappointed me as I really love the product

I bought this just before Xmas and used it about twice. Now I've decided to bring it to work and it's been very disappointing so far. It had leaked a whole oil bottle as the seal seemed loose and out of shape. Once charged I can't turn on the timer setting without it switching itself off completely. Even the 'on' button requires a long press before anything happens. I have searched the website for a user manual but can't find one. I called the company and went to voicemail. Have sent in a query now on their form. The settings seem very fragile for a medium priced diffuser. Expected much better. Was tempted to 1 star but am willing to give the company a chance to show me what I'm doing wrong. Much prefer my Neom diffuser - expensive but works!!
