Order has been delayed for over 6 months and still have not only never received my order, but has received no update.

I have requested for a cancellation, but have been informed that is not possible even with a 6 months delay.

Finally, customer support emails and requests has been made, but have been either ignored or never addressed. Support has been no help, never providing a update on the order that was placed.

Total scam. I ordered 2 brushes off the Shop application. It’s been close to three weeks with nothing delivered.
Customer service is useless and I was advised that I am not able to cancel my order. Several other emails went ignored without any replies.
Avoid this business at all costs.

I ordered the product in October. Shortly after placing the order, I was informed that shipping would not take 7–10 days as advertised, but approximately one month. Although this was already disappointing, I agreed to wait.

After one month passed and I still had not received anything, I contacted customer service. I was told the product would arrive the following week. It never did.

After three months, I was told that the issue was due to an incorrect phone number, which I know is not correct. Instead of resolving the situation properly, they offered me a 30% discount on my next order.

Considering that I already paid for two sets of toothbrushes and never received anything, I find this unacceptable. I will not order from this company again.

Ordered one and they said it attempted delivery but was unsuccessful. Tried to get in contact with them for a replacement or refund, but got a reply that I will get a 30% discount on my next order?! The first one wasn't even delivered!
Don't fall for this scam!!

Well I ordered a item around 8th December had a email over a delay i replied as long as I get for xmas im ok with that, then had a email around 21st December saying just left China i asked for refund as their was no way of me getting this item for xmas present for someone, I have informed them delivery will be reviewed and will claim money back off card WILL NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I ordered 2 extra mouth brushes and 2 full mouth tooth brushes. The order was delayed and then it failed to be delivered to the address. I contacted the company's customer service, I use that very loosely! Who informed me my parcel was not delivered by the courier, as the telephone number was missing. They also told me they will not re-deliver or issue a refund. They did offer to give me 30% off another order!!!!!!as a good will gesture!!!!!! So I would be paying another £50 just to receive my order i originally purchased!!!!! I THINK NOT!!!!! THIS IS A SCAM, THE PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED FROM CHINA! DO NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY!!!! Unless you want to be out of pocket!!!
