They were very helpful when the first set was missed place by Australia Post, even offering to refund our money even though they were not the cause of our loss

Arrived quickly, good quality for price , instructions could be better as there is nothing to tell about what the symbols mean : g : gn ,etcetera Otherwise no problem

I asked for Express delivery and received my scale in double quick time. Which is refreshing in these COVID times.

Received the product promptly which was not the issue. Scales would not even set to zero. Supposed to weigh up to 2000g but says overweight with a single aaa battery. Product well below standard and what was advertised. Was purchased to weigh jewellery but wouldn’t even use it to weigh dirt.

Easy, fast good price.... What more do I need to say. Cheers guys.

Ive used these scsles for 1 week now. Theyre pretty great scales, they seem fairly robust and sturdy. They are very accurate, weighing to 50.000 grams. The little cup with a handle and pouring spout is really cute and useful, and the little tweezers are also a nice edition, even if they are plastic and a bit flimsy. Still a nice a extra though. They even come with a calibration weight. The unit is powered by 2xAAA batteries which is preferable because they're longer lasting and easier to replace than other scales that require those little round batteries, which suck. You really can't beat this quality little scale pack for the price, however, we will see how long they do last.

The scales were well-priced, exactly as described and delivered really swiftly. Very happy. :)

Excellent service. Good product. Prompt tracked delivery. Only the price was around 60% above competitors for similar product. I would use them again but would ask them to price match as they advertised.
