Received a scale that won’t adjust to…
Update after receiving a refund: after submitting a low review, Lance reached out to explain that he was waiting for the manufacturer to get back to him about my issue. When I pointed out that I couldn’t use this scale no matter what they said, he agreed to refund the price and sent me a free return shipping label. They even refunded the $67 that I spent for expedited shipping because one of their sales associates had recommended the scale as appropriate for my need. So I have upgraded their review here. Still think it’s a problem that they don’t know anything about the products that they sell but in the end, I did get all of my money back.
Received a scale that won’t adjust to zero. Spoke with Lance in customer service I think two weeks ago. He asked for pictures so he could talk to the manufacturer. I believe I sent those by email a week ago. Still no answer from anybody. I paid an extra $67 to have this sent fast because I really needed it right away. Not at all happy with lack of responsiveness. Still waiting around to talk to someone about getting my money back and returning the scale.

Good experiences, issue resolved quickly
I called customer service several times and each time the representatives were very helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the scale recommended by one of your reps was, to no fault of their own, not what I needed. The website listed the incorrect platter size so it was actually too small for my needs. I called to report the issue and the person I talked was understanding and got the issue resolved quickly.
