Disappointing recruitment experience
Scalerr is the worst recruiting firm we’ve worked with. Our agreement required a 33% upfront search fee, but the service fell far short of our expectations. We repeatedly had to chase updates, and many of the candidates presented didn’t meet the requirements we’d discussed. After the original hire didn’t work out, the replacement search dragged on for months without a placement, despite further commitments to help. The process consumed far too much of our time and left us deeply disappointed with the communication and follow-through. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Scalerr for recruiting.
