Good platform for mass applications

They apply to jobs as mentioned and provide timely support, this again is not guaranteed to get you a job, it is to make sure mass applying is not the reason you are losing your job opportunity, I would suggest use this and network aggressively with additional time. That being said, I got 3 calls from over 900 applications.

I want to share my experience so far…

I want to share my experience so far with Scale Jobs. Their team has been responsive whenever I reached out, and we had multiple discussions about improving my resume and applications. All the changes and recommendations were made by their team, and I followed their guidance throughout the process.

However, even after applying to around 500–600 roles, I haven’t received a single interview or any positive outcome. This has been very disappointing considering the time, effort, and trust I placed in their process.

I’m hoping someone from the team can escalate this and help, either by identifying what isn’t working or by considering a refund if better results can’t be achieved or if another 500 applications are required. I paid $1,099, which is almost half of what I pay for my education here in the US, and it’s quite difficult for students like us.

Hi James, Yes, we hire associates in India(both full time and gig workers who have been trained properly) to make our unit economics work. Our team is trying to reach out for a conciliation and to understand your concerns. If that fails, I will put our side of the story post holidays. Thank you :)

Good Experience

I was given a recommendation to use Scale.jobs and my experience so far has been great. Initally, I was given an oboarding call to better understand how the platform works and what I need to do from my end. The team always responds quickly whenever I have a doubt and apply on time. So far, I am happy with the service provided by Scale.jobs.

I wish i had knew this before

I wish i had knew this before. This saves a lot of time for working professionals or students who do part time jobs or internships in universities. This should be known to everyone who are struggling to apply for jobs and don't know how to beat the ATS.

Updated Feedback on Scale.jobs After 150+ Applications

Update 1/15

After completing 150+ job applications through Scale.jobs, I want to share a more positive update.

The service is legitimate and functional, and applications are being submitted as expected. While there are still a few system bugs and occasional communication gaps, the team has been responsive, accountable, and genuinely focused on resolving issues rather than deflecting them.

Feedback is acknowledged, fixes are prioritized, and commitments are followed through. The experience has improved meaningfully compared to the first few days, and the process is becoming more reliable as volume increases.

Overall, this is a solid service with real value, especially for candidates who want to delegate 80% if their repetitive application work and stay focused on interviews and preparation. The product is evolving, and the trajectory is in the right direction.

I will continue using the service and will update again if there are notable changes.===================== ---

===I subscribed to Scale.jobs two days ago and so far I am underwhelmed by the product quality and execution.

I have run into multiple issues:
1) I am unable to edit my resume after uploading it.
2) When I upload my resume, the assistant often fails to download or retrieve it.
3) During the onboarding call scale team promised job applications would be submitted within 24 hours of delegation, but this has not been met. This delay has already caused missed opportunities.
4) Applications are skipped when job portals require additional information beyond basic fields.

From a value perspective, this is concerning. At $70, tools like jobright.ai
already provide auto-apply features along with AI-generated resumes and cover letters. In comparison, Scale.jobs charges $500 for resume customization add-ons and claims that applications are manually handled by a human team.

In the first 48 hours, I delegated 25 applications. Only 12 were submitted. The remaining 13 were not completed due to:

1) inability to download my resume
2) system errors
3) There team is not applying where applications that required additional details

The time I am spending explaining issues and giving feedback could have been spent applying to roles myself. At this point, it feels like I am testing scale.jobs product rather than receiving a service.

My honest assessment: this is a good idea in concept, but the execution is not production-ready. The product has potential, but there is a long way to go before it can justify the current pricing.

PS : I will update my review after a month of use
===
One more thing I didn’t like is that you push users to “earn 75 credits” by leaving reviews on Trustpilot and Google and ask specifically for 5-star reviews with a description. That feels like pushing people to give fake-positive feedback and can mislead others. Instead, just ask users how you’re actually doing and use honest feedback to improve.

Hi Subhayan,

Sorry to hear that you’ve had less than a stellar experience so far, but I’d genuinely recommend giving it a bit more time. With a Human Reverse Recruiter service like ours, every client has very different needs, role types, and application patterns. It usually takes a few days for the assistant and the workflows to fully align with your expectations, that’s exactly why we give 25 extra application credits on every plan to cover this alignment period.

On the technical issues: We are currently upgrading our internal systems and UI/UX, and that may have caused some minor glitches on resume uploads and downloads. There may also be some slacking on the particular assistant’s side along with these tech issues, and we will look into that right away. If you face any problems, please message your client manager in the dedicated group, they will help immediately. We don’t want you stuck or waiting.

Regarding competitor pricing: The $70 you mentioned is not a one-time fee, it’s $70/month which ends up being the same cost (or more) in the long run, and that’s only for an AI auto-apply service. We are a one-to-one, dedicated human assistant reverse recruiting service, not a subscription tool. You pay once, and you can cancel anytime and get your pro-rated refund if you’re not happy, no questions asked. We built it this way because we don’t want a pricing model where the longer you stay unemployed, the more money we make. Also, here is an early leak. We’ll be releasing our new AI Assistant in a few weeks much affordable than competitors.

Coverage differences: A key difference is that our human assistants can apply to Workday, iCIMS, Oracle Taleo and other long-form portals which most AI auto-apply tools can’t handle. They typically apply only to a subset of Greenhouse/Lever roles and fail on the long forms that Fortune 500 companies use. That’s a big missed opportunity for job seekers.

On review incentives, I’ve explained this before, but let me repeat it clearly: As a business who wants to get the word out, we offer extra credits (not Amazon coupons, not cashbacks) if a customer shares a positive experience. You can leave a negative review anytime and we have zero control over that. But if you're implying to give 75 credits even for a negative review that doesn’t make sense, so I’m not sure what expectation is being set here. Credits are simply a way of giving you more of the same service you already paid for, if you genuinely found it valuable enough to share publicly.

Final note
We’re committed to addressing your concerns and getting things running smoothly for you. I genuinely look forward to you updating your review in a month once everything stabilizes and starts delivering the value it should.

Scale Jobs has helped me apply to hundreds of jobs and obtain several interviews

Scale Jobs has made it possible for me to apply to hundreds of internships while pursuing a rigorous full-time academic program. Although there are occasional glitches, Scale staff are always responsive in fixing any issues, and with some feedback, the process is almost seamless. Applying to a large number of opportunities is very important in today's market because most applications disappear into a black hole. Using Scale's application process, I have experienced a 3% response rate (asking for additional assessments or video recordings) and a 1% rate of being invited to interview so far. More may be in the pipeline. I would recommend Scale to anyone looking to increase their footprint without using personal contacts.
