My accountant recommended Scala to me as a broker to arrange a mortgage for me, since I didn't have much luck with the traditional high street banks. The service is first class - from the initial contact to the actual offer coming through. As soon as my accountant passed on my details, I had a prompt, thorough and lengthy conversation with the manager. That was immediately followed by a confirmation email and the ball was rolling. In a very short space of time, everything was arranged and sorted. It was an effortless and painless process. I've dealt with mortgage brokers previously and found that I had to constantly chase them up and the process was ardious and took a long time. I expected to have a similar experience but it couldn't have been more different, I'm pleased to say. I will definitely use Scala again in the future and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others and giving them a first class, 5 star rating.

Michelle has handled my life insurance for a number of years now. She understands my needs as a self employed Nail Technician.
