I’ve used these guys three or four times
Now and the service is always very prompt and professional. This time I had a shoulder and neck injury so Arjun helped me set the scaffolding up which was immensely helpful. We use the towers for painting and rendering and they work out far cheaper than a scaffolding company

These guys were excellent
These guys were excellent. Communication was fantastic and they went above and beyond in where they left the scaffold for safety. I used a Miniscaff Solo 6.2m tower which was perfect for painting the house, especially as an amatuer. It can be put up solo, but much better if you have a friend help. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent experience with this company: good choice, simple to book, helpful at all stages, competitive rates. Don't assume you will get much use on either the first or last day of the hire period, as you do not know when delivery/collection will be. Note that hire period is only for full weeks. And obviously you need some understanding of assembly and use of scaffold towers.

Bought a second hand MiTower for £960…
Bought a second hand MiTower for £960 inc. VAT.
They issued an acceptance of the order following payment but reneged on the deal. The same item is now for sale at £1425 plus vat so obviously incorrect price. They should honour deals made. I offered to collect so insurance cover not an issue. A contract exists but this company broke the contract so tread carefully, unscrupulous.

· Your order was placed due to a temporary technical error on our website, which incorrectly listed an internal stock item at an erroneous price.
· As a London-based hire specialist, our operational insurance and logistics strictly limit us to the M25 area. Delivery to Coventry was, and remains, an operational impossibility.
· Upon identifying the error, we immediately issued a full refund of £960 to your original payment method.
· In recognition of the inconvenience, we also offered you a £150 goodwill credit for any future hire within our London service area.
The subsequent price adjustment of the item to £1,425 + VAT simply confirms that the original listing was indeed a pricing error.
We always strive to act fairly and with integrity. We regret we could not fulfil this order but hope the immediate refund and gesture of goodwill demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Amazing company
Amazing company - all done online but when i needed to amend something so easy to do by email or WhatsApp. Updates constantly from driver en route with location updates and easy to send message to driver - i will definitely use again.
