DO NOT ORDER FROM SB SPORTS...... SCAM SITE!
I ordered a baseball cap on 18/1/23 that showed was in stock. Received a receipt email stating that it is being processed. 3 days have gone by and no update of the order.
I then called the number on numerous occasions, in which I received a message days later stating that Stephen was in a meeting all day! I emailed to also ask the same questions and asked for a refund. 5 emails sent and no response. It is now 30/1/23 and still no response or refund.
Seems like a scam site and needs to be taken down.
Just checked Companies House and company was dissolved in November 2019.
Should be no stars given.

Well made great fitting garment design was excellent

Everything perfect. The quality of the Jersey, the delivery time and ordering process. Only slight problem was, I ordered 2 different sizes, and only 1 arrived, but once I emailed you, you informed me the bigger size was out of stock but would be sent ASAP, which it was. Just a message with the 1st delivery to let me know the 2nd one would be delayed, and it was 10/10 service.

Ordered a Large Jersey and was sent an XL, sent 2 e-mails to see who can rectify this and still no response

Ordered my clubs strip, took ages to arrive, when I finally received it, It's not even our clubs colours, so I'm now down the money and have to still buy another kit

Placed an order on the 15th of October as a Christmas present for my son, have tried on numerous occasions to get in contact, with 1 reply saying we will have it by Christmas, it's now 21st December still can't get in contact.
Shambles.

Order 16/11/21, no delivery for 8 days, chased up. No response.

Order turns up on 30/11/21, a full 2 weeks after order, still no emails.

Product was a yellow mouth guard yet I ordered specifically a grey one.

I contact them via email on 02/12/21 and as of today 15/12/21 there is zero communication. I'd like to return and full refund

I had a reply today 15/12/21 and they apologised as they had a busy couple of weeks in conjunction with brexit and covid issues. They are doing a full refund and I can keep the product. A lot of hassle for me waiting but a sound solution at the end. Kudos for that at least.

Give them a chance, but be patient, this isn't the first time I've had delivery issues with a merchant.

Ordered a jumper more than a week a go, and than you send me this review- sheet??? The order is still prosessing after e week!!! If I could give no ⭐ it would be that, and no normal contact information. It's up to you now, for me to give you a better review!!!

Or team ordered kits back on the start of August 2021 and we have still not received them.
The season will be over by the time we

Shame as there stuff is good quality

Had a little issue in the beginning but it was sorted quickly and efficiently. Certainly recommended!

I will possible review and edit this later but it has been 9 days since ordering a gum shield that said it was in stock. I have e-mailed the company last week with no reply. If the item is not in stock, then list it as that rather than keep customers waiting, especially when shipping is charged.
