I realise I’m in the minority but I bought a personalised bag and whilst the bag itself is OK, the lettering is pretty cheap looking. Ok for £30 but not what I’d expect for £80. As someone else has said, customer service was responsive but I’m stuck with an overpriced warning not to be taken in by slick marketing.

Lovely bag and the quality is good! Customer service was super quick! I asked for an order to be rushed before going overseas and it was posted that day. Would recommend.

Not worth the money. The actual bag was ok, but the initials were poorly put on, wish I could include photos, they weren’t stuck down properly, they were creased, sticking up at the edges. I did email the company and sent them photos, only to be told “this is how they are designed to be” 😳 For the price they are charging you would think this wouldn’t be the case.

Ordered a bag for my holiday, and realised it wouldn’t arrive on time. I contacted SWYC to ask for an estimated delivery, and they informed me that the bag I had ordered was not yet in stock, but I could choose another kind. They posted the bag that day and I received it the next day. Amazing service and communication and so kind of them to accommodate me last minute.

I have bought lots of items from Saywhatyouc and they have all been AMAZING. The website is easy to use and quick and efficient delivery. I certainly got the amazing burgundy tote bag and I am in love. It has a zip and lovely handles. 100% recommend.

The bag was ok. Nice to look at but poor quality for the price. Handles are stiff and uncomfortable to carry either hand held or over the shoulder. Lots of loose threads in base of inside. Like it’s been stored squashed on a shelf for ages. Customer service was responsive but wouldn’t refund as they claim those things don’t make it faulty. They did offer to repair / cut threads off/ flatten handles but not good value overall.

I get all my bags from SWYC, the quality is fantastic, they last forever and are unlike any others out there, truly unique especially with the personalisation. Fantastic also for presents, oooh and the stylish jewellery. A real treasure trove of accessories I adore.

I have several bags from Saywhatyouc and also some jewellery and accessories. I absolutely love the brand, it’s such amazing value for money and the quality is fantastic, had many of my bags for years and they are still going strong. Customer service has always been quick and friendly if I’ve ever had a question. I can’t fault it!

SWYC are my go to brand for presents for my wife, family and friends. Where else are you going to find quality personalised gifts/bags for these prices?????
Had to return a bag because I got an initial wrong, they replied to me within the hour, understanding and friendly customer service.

I ordered 2 necklaces and absolutely love them. Needed to contact SWYC to ask a question and got a quick and friendly response. Quality of the items surpassed expectations. Would definitely recommend and order from them again.

Ordered a bag and it didn’t arrive. Contacted the team and they said it had been sent but the Royal Mail tracking number did not register with Royal Mail. Contacted Royal Mail who advised that they had not received the parcel at all.
Contacted the say what you c team again numerous times and my emails were ignored and I only had a response after I commented on their Facebook page. Eventually I received an email from them saying they would refund me but a week later I’m still waiting. So no bag and no refund. Very cross because I try to support small business and this is the service (or lack of it)!

Very easy to deal with, I had been looking at these bags for a long time and I'm so glad I finally bought one. Obviously they are a bit more of an investment than a regular bag but I love mine!! I went for the camo shopper Tote with pink initials, so many people have commented on it. Great thick material and well made. I'm really happy.

Ordered a bag which was fab and so tried the travel pouch, which is similar to Stoney Clover but like £90 cheaper!
It took ages to arrive (3 weeks) BUT it’s really great and they also replied immediately when I questioned the time it was taking. I think it was more a Royal Mail issue than them tbh.

Anyway great products, nice people, go order!

Poor quality bags for the price. Mine broke after 1 weeks use.
Poor customer service.
Poor attitude.
